Study On The Contradiction And Reconciliation Of Study And Training Of College Swimming Teams In Liaoning Province

With the integration of sports education,colleges and universities have become an important position in training high-level competitive swimming sports talents.The status and role of colleges and universities in training competitive sports talents are constantly improving.However,in recent years,the development of college swimming teams has exposed many problems,especially the conflict between athletes’ learning and training,which has become an important problem urgently needed to be solved in the development of college swimming teams and even the integration of sports and education.Therefore,it is very important to conduct in-depth research on the ordinary swimming teams in colleges and universities.This paper uses the method of literature,questionnaire,expert investigation,field investigation,logical analysis,SWOT analysis and mathematical statistics to study the contradictions of college swimming teams in Liaoning province,in order to effectively promote the coordination of the contradictions of college swimming teams,so as to promote the high quality development of the common swimming teams.The results are as follows:1.The athletes of ordinary swimming teams in colleges and universities spend less time on study every day;The content of learning is mainly curriculum knowledge;Most of the athletes have made learning goals,but the goal to achieve the effect is not so good;Athletes’ learning motivation is mainly to obtain qualification certificates and excellent cultural achievements.The athletes’ learning attitude is more positive and the learning efficiency is higher.The study pressure of athletes is great,which mainly comes from the job market and the final examination.There is also a situation that some athletes attend class on time too low,the main factors affecting the class are the conflict of learning and training time,outside training and competition.2.The single training time distribution of college swimming team athletes is scattered;The weekly training frequency is mainly 3-4 times;Only a few athletes have set training goals,and the achievement of training goals is average.The motivation of athletes to participate in the training is mainly to satisfy their interests and hobbies and to obtain the competition ranking.The participation enthusiasm of athletes is general,and the effect of participation is good.Most athletes have training pressure,the main source of pressure is competition grade and their own level;There are also some athletes participation rate is poor,often can not participate in training on time.3.Only about half of the coaches and athletes of ordinary swimming teams in colleges and universities will actively solve the conflict of learning and training;The degree of scholar-training contradiction of athletes is high,which has a negative impact on athletes’ psychological pressure and athletic performance.4.The athletes and coaches of ordinary swimming teams in colleges and universities think that it is very important to coordinate the conflicts between learning and training;The means of coordination between coaches and athletes are relatively simple and the effect of coordination is relatively ordinary.5.Through the SWOT analysis of the contradictions and coordination of the ordinary swimming sports teams in colleges and universities in Liaoning Province,it is found that the main advantage factors are: the athletes’ high quality,the athletes’ high awareness of the contradictions and the coaches’ high awareness of the contradictions.The main disadvantage factors are: the role of academic affairs office is not obvious in the contradiction coordination of learning and training,the goals of athletes and coaches are inconsistent,and the professional dispersion of ordinary swimming team athletes.The main opportunity factors are: the continuous deepening of the integration of sports and education,the continuous improvement of the quality level of coaches and the continuous improvement of the swimming competition system in colleges and universities.The main threatening factors are: less policy basis for the construction and management of ordinary swimming sports teams,more prominent contradiction of learning and training due to employment pressure and polarization of the level of ordinary swimming sports teams.6.By constructing the contradiction and coordination matrix diagram of learning training of ordinary swimming sports teams in colleges and universities of Liaoning Province,three strategies(SO)growth strategy,(WO)torsion strategy,(ST)diversification strategy and(WT)preventive strategy are finally put forward,totaling12 strategies.
