Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Children’s Swimming Training In Nanchang Based On SWOT Analysis

With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous improvement of national living standards,people pay more and more attention to the physical and mental health development of children.As a healthy sport,swimming can not only exercise physical fitness and sports skills,but also a survival skill,which is very suitable as a sports to learn as a child.Under the background of national fitness,children’s learning to swim has been valued by more and more parents,so swimming training institutions focusing on teaching swimming skills have also developed rapidly.This paper takes the current situation of children’s swimming training in Nanchang as the research object,and uses literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview research method,logical analysis method,mathematical statistics method,SWOT analysis method and other research methods to study the current situation and existing problems of children’s swimming training in Nanchang,and uses SWOT analysis method to analyze its advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges.Based on the above survey,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Field research shows that according to the statistics of the Industry Department of Nanchang Sports Bureau in 2021,the current utilization rate of swimming venues in Nanchang is low,the design of swimming pools is relatively non-standardized,and the operation and administration are mostly based on individual originality and cooperative creation;The training content is mainly breaststroke and freestyle;The tuition of the training course is more close to the people,the gender ratio of students is more balanced,and parents pay more attention to children’s swimming training.Nanchang actively hosts swimming events,and the number of people has increased in the past 7 years,and has set a good record,and the swimming pool has sufficient training students and good operating conditions.(2)Internal advantages of Nanchang children’s swimming training(S): As a water transport hub in East China,Nanchang has the natural geographical advantage of riverside water;The cost of swimming training for children is low;As the provincial capital,Nanchang hosts many swimming events;The reform of the sports entrance examination accelerates the market prospects for swimming training.(3)Internal disadvantages of Nanchang children’s swimming training(W):Nanchang swimming training market management is not perfect,there are fewer swimming pools,and the industry threshold is low;The gender,age and educational ratio of coaches are unbalanced,there are fewer professional coaches,the number of years of experience is low,and the level of coaches is uneven;The administrator’s education,major,and years of experience are low;Insufficient publicity and lack of professional personnel.(4)External opportunities for children’s swimming training in Nanchang(O):Nanchang actively responds to the call of the state and vigorously carries out children’s swimming training projects;Rapid economic development provides security for the swimming training market;Parents have a strong intention to consume sports;The influence of event media,the need for reserve talent training,people’s intention to consume sports is stronger.(5)Internal and external threats of children’s swimming training in Nanchang(T):There are potential safety hazards in the process of swimming training;malicious competition in the swimming training market;There is no uniform completion standard,and teaching feedback is not timely.
