| As an important part of China’s modern national education system,vocational education has become the focus of national policy.Secondary vocational and technical school graduates(hereinafter referred to as "secondary vocational students")are social groups who learn vocational skills and techniques in schools and have certain professional qualities and operation skills.As a special group of teenagers,secondary vocational students have both common psychological characteristics and particularity.Secondary vocational students are relatively young in age,lack of knowledge and experience,and are not mature in body and mind.They are at a disadvantage in job hunting,and thus face more risks of psychological problems.In the face of the fierce competition in the job market,secondary vocational students will present a lot of psychology in this process.How to reasonably adjust the employment psychology of secondary vocational students,cultivate the positive employment psychology of secondary vocational students,guide them to establish correct employment values,and achieve effective and positive employment is of great significance.By means of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper takes graduates and teachers of three secondary vocational schools in yueyang,hunan province as the survey objects,and investigates and studies the graduates of these three secondary vocational schools.From the factors of affecting employment psychological analysis of the three schools graduate employment psychological conditions,through the investigation and research conclusions: first,the secondary vocational student’s employment psychology in gender,from five dimensions,the one-child family income,parents’ education levels,to graduation,and whether the unit differences between demographic variables.Second,there is a correlation between the five dimensions of vocational students’ employment psychology.Thirdly,employment pressure has a positive predictive effect on depression and anxiety.And put forward the countermeasure based on this. |
