| As an important carrier to enhance the international vision of Chinese students,promote cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries,and realize the complementary advantages of educational resources,the International school has played a great role in deepening the reform of China’s education system,speeding up the process of internationalization of education and improving the level of basic education in the country.As the core element that constitutes the "soft" strength of international school personnel training,Curriculum system is of great significance for improving the quality of basic education and driving the curriculum reform in the middle school stage in China.However,due to the short development of international schools in China,the domestic academic community on the International school curriculum System Research is very limited,therefore,the operation of the International school curriculum system will inevitably encounter a variety of problems and challenges.In view of this,this paper attempts to take the curriculum system of international School high School as the research object,on the basis of understanding the current situation of the development of the curriculum system in the high school stage of international schools,analyzes and summarizes its existing problems,and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies for the problems,in order to promote the healthy and comprehensive development of international schools.This article is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction.We briefly expounds the research background of this paper,the significance of research,the review of relevant research at home and abroad,as well as research ideas and methods.The second part mainly defines the core concepts of this research,such as the optimization of international schools,courses and curriculum system,and the theoretical basis of the research.On the basis of a brief introduction of the development process and current situation of international schools,the third part elaborates the general situation of the current curriculum system of international schools in high school from three aspects that include the type of international curriculum,the mode of curriculum operation and the organization and implementation of curriculum.In the fourth part,we randomly selected four international schools in Changsha as samples to investigate the current situation of curriculum system in senior high school by means of questionnaires and interviews.The fifth part,We analyzed the causes of the problems based on the results of the survey,We find the following problems in the operation of the curriculum system of international schools,such as the deviation of curriculum objectives,unbalanced curriculum structure,weak teachers,single teaching evaluation,impaired educational sovereignty,vague cultural identity,loss of high-quality students and so on.In the sixth part,aiming at the problems of curriculum system of international schools,the corresponding optimization strategies are put forward,such as promulgating and perfecting relevant curriculum policies,establishing the value orientation of education-oriented curriculum,strengthening the scientific integration of international curriculum and local curriculum,strengthening the support of curriculum organization and changing the way of curriculum evaluation. |
