In the development and progress of the times,life education has gradually entered the public ’s vision,and it is very necessary to carry out life education for primary school students.Chinese is a subject closely related to students and an important platform for life education.As an important tool for dialogue between teachers and students,textbooks themselves carry rich content of life education.Chinese teachers can take the textbook as a breakthrough,make full use of the textbook to carry out life education,dig deep into the life education resources contained in the textbook,carry out in-depth and comprehensive life education for students,and guide students to establish correct life values.We should give full play to the characteristics of Chinese subject and integrate life education into the compilation and teaching of Chinese textbooks,so as to make students better understand life,cherish life,better realize their own life value and promote the all-round development of students.From the perspective of life education,this study takes the unified edition of primary school Chinese senior textbooks as the research object,determines the content analysis framework of life education by consulting the literature,and conducts research from the four dimensions of life cognition,life emotion,life will and life value.It proves that there are abundant life education resources in the unified edition of primary school Chinese senior textbooks,strengthens teachers ’ cognition and understanding of life education texts in primary school Chinese textbooks,so that teachers can make better use of textbooks,give full play to the maximum utility of textbooks,and carry out life education in primary school Chinese subjects.This paper consists of five parts : The first part is the introduction,which mainly clarifies the research background of this paper,and combs the related research of life education and Chinese teaching materials.The second part determines the concept of life education and the content analysis framework of life education by reading literature and collecting data.This paper combs the content of life education in the textbooks of senior primary school Chinese,and analyzes the unit lead,unit composition,oral communication and text in the textbooks.The third part conducts an interview survey of teachers to understand teachers ’ understanding and handling of the content of life education in textbooks,presents the interview results and analyzes them.The fourth part is to summarize the characteristics and problems.According to the quantitative statistics and the analysis of teaching materials with different life dimensions,it is found that the life education content in the unified edition of primary school Chinese textbooks is rich,the textbooks pay attention to the growth of children’s life,and the themes of life education are diversified.However,some life education categories are not highly concerned,and the distribution of life education categories is unreasonable.Teachers have some problems in life consciousness,textbook mining,teaching methods and so on.The fifth part puts forward suggestions from the perspectives of textbook writers and textbook users.From the writer to improve life literacy,improve the life elements in the textbook.From the user to establish a sense of life education,integration of life education resources,using a variety of teaching methods.
