| The term "Criminal release and Forcible detox personnel" refers to both individuals who have been released from detention facilities,are two common types of individuals with criminal records and bad reputations.Due to various factors,individuals with criminal records and bad reputations often encounter many obstacles when seeking reemployment.It is necessary to carry out work of placement and education to help them achieve social reintegration.This article takes the released prisoner A with a history of drug abuse as the case object.Social workers adopt a case management model,literature research,interview,observation and other research methods,based on rational emotive behavior therapy(REBT),the strengths perspective theory,and the social ecological system theory to comprehensively analyze the internal mechanism and external environment of his employment crisis.Through service intervention,the micro-system,mezzo-system,exo-system and macro-systems of the case are improved to achieve the goal of changing the case’s irrational beliefs,enhancing personal abilities of livelihood and employment,promoting positive interactions with society,ultimately,helping A achieve reemployment.Through practical exploration and experimentation by social workers,the feasibility and effectiveness of social work intervention in the reemployment of criminal release and forcible detox personnel are evaluated and tested.Clear service intervention paths that are conducive to the reemployment of ex-convicts are summarized,which helps to enrich the means of placement and education,provides practical experience in judicial social work. |
