Abstract/Summary:
Objective: According to the change of aerobic function and lower limb neuromuscular function before and after the intervention training, compare the effects of sandy land, grassland and runway groups on the endurance level of enhanced training, and analyze the causes of running economy. Methods: using the experimental method, literature method, data statistics method, screening 18 college students runners for the subject object, randomly divided into sand group(6),grass group(6)and plastic runway group(6),respectively for three groups of subjects for 8 weeks of enhanced training intervention, three groups of subjects in addition to different interface, perform the same training plan. Before and after the intervention experiment, the aerobic capacity of subjects: 5km running performance, maximum oxygen uptake(VO2max),running economy(RE)and lower limb neuromuscular function index: CMJ jump(single jump ability),"ELPF" index(continuous jump ability),relative peak torque at 60 / s and 240 / s.The changes of each group were analyzed before and after training, and the correlation between lower limb muscle function index and running economy was analyzed.Result:(1)After the intervention training, the single-jump ability, continuous jump ability, maximum strength and strength endurance in the three groups were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention.Between groups, the increase changes of continuous jumping ability and strength and endurance were shown as: sand group> grassland group> runway group.(2)After the intervention training, the 5km performance of the three groups of subjects was improved significantly by intra-group comparison, and the growth rate of5 km performance by inter-group comparison: sand group> grassland group> runway group. The VO2 max index between the three groups compared with the intervention.(3)After the intervention training, the results of the three groups showed a significant difference before and after the intervention at 8 km/h and 10 km/h speed(P<0.05),very significant difference at 12 km/h speed(P <0.01).By group comparison, the subjects at three speeds: sand group> grassland group> runway group.Conclusion:(1)The enhanced training program designed 3 times a week for 8 weeks can effectively improve the running economy and 5km running performance of college runners, but it will not affect the VO2 max of runners.(2)Enhanced training can improve the 5km running performance of the college student runners by strengthening the neuromuscular function, but it will not affect the VO2 max of the runners.(3)The effect of enhanced training on different interfaces on running economy, sand training effect> grass training effect> track training effect.Training on softer sand had a more significant impact on runners’ running performance.
