| Research Objectives: By comparing the difference between the combination of rapid expansion and endurance training and total endurance training in improving running economy and power effect,this paper tests the difference between the two in improving running economy and power effect,analyzes the correlation between running economy and running power,and then explores the impact of rapid expansion and endurance training on running economy and running power of male college students,This paper explores the connection between the new index of running power,strength training and running economy,and puts forward a more convenient way for mass runners to improve their endurance sports level and observe their running efficiency.Research Methods: By means of literature,expert questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods,50 male college students without training experience of middle and long distance running were randomly selected as experimental subjects and divided into three groups randomly.The experimental group(N=17),endurance group(N=16)and control group(N=17)were decided by lottery.The differences between groups were tested by body shape,neuromuscular function,biomechanical characteristics of running and other indicators,to ensure that there were no significant differences among the three groups in the above indicators,and strive to make the experimental environment scientific,objective and rigorous.Subsequently,the experimental group and endurance group were given training intervention for 6 weeks,twice a week,60 minutes a time.The contents of each intervention in the experimental group were as follows: 30 min rapid expansion compound training and 30 min endurance training;The content of each intervention in endurance group was as follows: 60 min endurance training;The control group was not subjected to experimental intervention,and was only used as the basic data to compare with the experimental control group.The endurance training content of the two groups was the same,and the training intensity remained the same,but there were only differences in the amount and time of endurance training.According to the investigation of the experts and the analysis of the characteristics of running,the content of the experimental group rapid expansion compound training is finally determined as: place jump,small hurdle jump and jump depth.At the end of the experiment,the subjects in the three groups were subjected to post-test of relevant indicators,and the experimental equipment,running shoes and other test environments before and after the test were consistent.Finally,the pre-and post-test data of each group were imported into SPSS25.0,and the differences of various indicators between the groups were tested and compared by one-way analysis of variance.The growth changes of related indicators among the three groups were compared by paired sample t-test.Pearson correlation coefficient was used to calculate and analyze the correlation between the indicators.P < 0.05 was considered significant.Results: The following results were obtained on the premise that there were no significant changes in the body shape data before and after the experiment among the three groups of subjects:(1)The maximum strength of lower limb 1RM,half squat jump(SJ),reverse movement jump(CMJ)and running economy indexes of the experimental group were significantly improved before and after intervention(P < 0.05),and there were significant differences between the endurance group and the control group,and the improvement was greater than that between the endurance group and the control group.(2)The maximal oxygen uptake index of the experimental group was significantly increased before and after intervention(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the radiation tolerance group,but there was a significant difference compared with the control group,and the increase was smaller than that of the endurance group and larger than that of the control group.(3)Before and after intervention,the 1km running,1km average power and horizontal power indexes of the experimental group showed significant improvement(P < 0.05),and there were significant differences between the radiation endurance group and the control group,and the improvement was greater than that of the endurance group and the control group;(4)The experimental group before and after the intervention of the ground contact time,lower limb elastic stiffness,stride frequency index appeared significant increase(P < 0.05),according to the group and the control group than the endurance ground contact time,lower limb elastic stiffness appeared significant difference,increase of more than endurance group and the control group,according to the group and the control group stride length than endurance index did not show significant difference;(5)Running economy was correlated with horizontal power,reverse motion jump(CMJ)and lower limb elastic stiffness(P < 0.05).Conclusions:(1)Adding 6-week rapid expansion and contraction training to male college students’ endurance training can significantly increase 1RM maximum squat strength,lower limb explosive force,running power(average power,horizontal power),stride frequency,improve lower limb stiffness and running economy,shorten ground contact time and improve 1km running performance.(2)Compared with complete endurance training,the combination of rapid expansion and contraction training and endurance training is superior to complete endurance training in improving the running economy,running power and sports performance of male college students under the same training conditions,and can be used as an effective means to improve the running performance of male college students.(3)Except for the maximum oxygen uptake index,although the combination of fast stretching training and endurance training is higher than complete endurance training in other indexes,endurance training cannot be ignored.In the future training,endurance training and fast stretching training can be combined,which will have a good effect on improving endurance performance of mass runners.(4)Running power,as one of the important indexes to evaluate running ability,has a significant correlation with running economy and can be used as a reference index of running economy.Running economy,as an important index to evaluate running ability,requires higher experimental equipment,which is right. |
