| In the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,in order to implement the policy of integrating sports and education promulgated by the State,the Ministry of Education,the State General Administration of Sport and other departments have repeatedly proposed the construction of "one school,one product" and "one school,multiple products" sports characteristic schools,aimed at cultivating young people with good sports literacy,but also stressed the importance of professional sports coaches on campus.Strengthen the training of youth sports talents and emphasize the importance of campus coaches in the teaching process.In response to the call,the China Golf Association continues to promote the development plan of "campus golf",hoping to promote the development of young sports talents in schools through golf programs.The coach plays an important role in the implementation of the campus golf plan,so it is of great significance to construct a set of evaluation system to perfect the competency of the campus golf coach.This study collects and determines the competency characteristics of campus golf coaches through literature survey,interview,questionnaire and other methods.After summary,analysis and discussion,a theoretical model of competency characteristics of campus golf coaches is constructed.Experts in related fields are invited to test this model and make rational and accurate assessment.The theoretical structure of this model is divided into four dimensions,with a total of 22 competency elements.1.The four dimensions of the competency model of campus golf coaches are: professional ability,coaching ability,development ability and personal quality.2.Campus golf coach competency model dimension 1: professional competence,including professional knowledge,professional technology,team leading ability,organization and management ability,teaching ability 5 competency elements.3.The second dimension of the campus golf coach competency model is coaching ability,which includes four competency elements: teaching auxiliary ability,coaching ability,competition ability and professional spirit.4.Dimension 3 of campus golf coach competency model: development ability,including cognitive ability,team spirit,learning spirit,adaptability,insight,language ability 6competency elements.5.Campus golf coach competency model dimension 4: personal qualities,including responsibility,professional values and attitudes,interpersonal skills,emotional management,role positioning,personal charm,patience 7 competency elements.The construction of the model was based on the characteristics of campus golf coaches and reference to previous similar questionnaire survey data on such models.The Self-Assessment Questionnaire of Campus Golf Coaches’ Competency Behavior was compiled.Effective data were collected and exploratory factor analysis method was used to find that the four factors were consistent with the theoretical structure of the competency model.This indicates that the constructed model can effectively reflect the characteristics of campus golf coaches and verify the accuracy of the theoretical framework of the campus golf competency model.Meanwhile,the T-test verifies the difference between the evaluation data results of excellent coaches and ordinary coaches,and proves the reliability of the model.It provides the real reference data for the selection and training of campus golf coaches. |
