| The author through the synthesis of the literature discovered that: (1) The majority of research focused on ability, knowledge, quality of the table tennis coach, and those researches are qualitative and empirical summary, but they provided more good stories for the index of evaluation of competence. (2) The research on evaluation of table tennis coach is less, but these researches have been planning the work plan in some of the Sports Department, the trend of out of balance has been appeared between the need of reality and the theoretical research. Based on the above two points, the author wants to do exploratory research on our evaluation system for table tennis coaches from the view of the competence.The purpose of this paper is to build the competence evaluation system for the table tennis coach of our country, this system provides theoretical basis for the valuators, and provides index of evaluation, the method of calculating the weight of the index, the method of comprehensive evaluation, and provides the theoretical reference for drawing the evaluation criterion . This paper includes the index of evaluation, the weight of index and the evaluation criterion. The author worked out the index of system by referring the literature , and discussed the procedure of working out index , and provided the sample of questionnaire survey to reduce the index ; The author calculate the weight of index by AHP , and described the procedure of calculating with simulated data , and provided the sample of questionnaire survey to build the Pair wise Comparison Matrix ; The author discussed the principle of selection of evaluation criterion , the structure of evaluation criterion and the turn of expression of evaluation criterion ; The author used the Fuzzy Synthetical Evaluation Methods to evaluate the competence of table tennis coach , and applied to the hierarchic evaluation criterion, and the percentage of evaluators is Degree of membership , and described the procedure of using by a sample .The conclusions of this article are as follows:(1) The author definite the competence of table tennis coach and the competence evaluation of table tennis coach.(2) The functions of competence evaluation of table tennis coach are guiding and inspiring, feedback and communication, judging and monitoring, appraising and selecting.(3) The main body of the competence evaluation of table tennis coach of our country is athlete, administrator, and expert.(4) The author built the competence evaluation system of table tennis coach of our country, and it included index of evaluation, the weight of index, evaluation criterion.(5) The index of system includes three one-level index, sixteen two-level indexes, and eighty-one three-level index.(6) The author used the AHP to calculate the weight of index.(7) The author discussed the principle of selection of evaluation criterion, the structure of evaluation criterion and the turn of expression of evaluation criterion.(8) The author used the Fuzzy Synthetical Evaluation Methods to evaluate the competence of table tennis coach.The innovations in this article are as follows:(1) The first time, the author built the evaluation system of table tennis coach from the point of view of competence for our country.(2) All the time, the author combined with theoretical research and the reality application through the full text of the conceive and statute.(3) The author uses the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in the competence evaluation of table tennis of our country. |
