| Purpose of the study: Currently,the training of football coaches on campus in Haikou City is undergoing rapid development.For the development of campus football activities,the training of coaches is an essential link,which is an important prerequisite for promoting the further development of campus football.Increasing the number of football coaches on campus,improving the level of team leadership and training ability of campus football is currently the top priority in the development of campus football in Haikou.This study is committed to finding out the problems existing in the current situation of Haikou campus football coach training,exploring optimization strategies that are consistent with the training and development of Haikou campus football coaches from the perspective of Haikou campus football coaches,and providing theoretical basis for the training and development of Haikou campus football coaches.Research methods: This study selected 102 coaches who have participated in various types of training in Haikou City.From the perspective of Haikou campus football coaches,it conducted a survey of Haikou campus football coaches’ satisfaction with training through logical analysis,expert interviews,literature analysis,questionnaire survey,and statistical analysis.Then,it conducted a survey and analysis of various types of training held in Haikou City,and finally analyzed,summarized,and summarized.Research results:(1)Haikou campus football coaches are not satisfied with the actual ability improvement results obtained after the training,specifically manifested by deficiencies in improving teaching methods and teaching abilities,and the improvement of their own innovative ability,teaching ability,and teaching methods is not obvious after the training.(2)There are problems in the design of some training fees for football coaches on campus in Haikou City.In the training courses sponsored by the Football Association and social institutions,the sum of various fees is a significant expense,and most coaches are not highly accepted.I hope that more reasonable charging methods can be introduced,which can reduce the charging standards and cannot be on the same standard line with the mainland.(3)Inadequate attention has been paid to the continuing education and training of football coaches in Haikou City’s campus.Coaches are unable to obtain the latest coaching methods and update existing coaching knowledge in a timely manner,which is not conducive to improving the effectiveness of player training during the coaching process.(4)It is necessary to continuously improve the form of training for football coaches on campus in Haikou City,increase the number of training courses for football coaches on campus,and continue to deepen the reform of the training structure for football coaches on campus.Based on the actual situation of coaches in Haikou City,it is necessary to develop characteristic courses that have the characteristics of training for football coaches on campus in Haikou City.(5)The teaching content emphasizes the basic theoretical knowledge of teaching materials.In addition to the basic technical and tactical theoretical knowledge of football and the development laws of campus football,the teaching content should also focus on teaching students various coping abilities in daily training,cultivating the ability of coaches to discover and solve problems during daily training,and secondly in training courses conducted by educational departments and social institutions,There is a lack of training content for adolescents at different ages,including teaching content such as psychology,training,sports injury,and prevention.(6)Some of the invited lecturers are graduates who have just joined the work,lacking practical operation training experience,emphasizing theoretical knowledge explanation,and lacking in teaching methods.The way in which lecturers guide students is relatively simple,which is not conducive to the expansion of students’ thinking abilities and the improvement of their ability to inspire thinking.Moreover,some lecturers have poor attitudes towards students during the teaching process,and lack the ability to express emotions.(7)In the assessment of Haikou campus football coach training,the improvement of students’ thinking ability,problem finding ability,and problem solving ability was not reflected,and too much attention was paid to the students’ grasp of the content of the teaching materials.Conclusion of the study:(1)Provide corresponding training courses and develop effective training plans.Each plan needs to have specific requirements and adopt appropriate themes for targeted training for different coaches.(2)Based on the actual situation of coaches in Haikou City,develop characteristic course content with Haikou campus football coach training,and make the training form flexible and varied.We need to continuously improve various management mechanisms,unify and coordinate various departments to form direct cooperation,and enable relevant departments to form a complete system structure of independent management and scientific decision-making(3)Pay attention to the continuing education and training work of coaches,and continuously improve the continuing education and training system.Continue to deepen the reform of campus football to meet the needs for the career development of campus football coaches and the development of their own qualities.(4)Every year,excellent campus football coaches are selected from within Haikou City to participate in the cooperation established between relevant departments or universities in Hainan Province and excellent universities or football clubs at home and abroad,providing a more high-quality learning environment for the development of campus football coaches in our city. |
