The improvement of the national economic level drives people’s desire for high-quality life.In the post-epidemic era,people gradually pay attention to improving their health through sports and fitness in terms of health needs.People’s demand for golf is also increasing,and the increasing number of players puts forward higher requirements for the development of golf clubs.Based on this,this study focuses on the analysis of the current problems in the operation and management of Chengdu golf clubs,looking for solutions,in order to promote its higher quality development,and then promote the overall development of golf in Chengdu.In this paper,literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,factor analysis and logic analysis are used to analyze and study the development of golf clubs in Chengdu.Combined with the questionnaire and interview,a qualitative study is made on the current situation of operation and management of golf clubs in Chengdu.On this basis,the problems existing in the operation and management of Chengdu golf clubs in the post-epidemic era are analyzed.On this basis,optimization ideas are provided for them,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)From the perspective of operation and management mode,the existing five golf clubs in Chengdu are mainly operated by the semi-open membership system,that is,the mixed system model.This differentiated service mode is conducive to fully ensuring that the needs of members are met and the profit space of enterprises is increased.However,the homogenized operation mode of semi-membership is not conducive to the in-depth development of the golf market.It is easy to lead to the decrease of member satisfaction.(2)From the current situation of marketing management mode,the existing five golf clubs in Chengdu adopt the marketing mode mainly based on the influence of membership,supplemented by educational marketing and online marketing,with single means of publicity,lack of creative content and high consumer price,leading to poor experience effect of some consumers.(3)From the current situation of human resource management mode,the existing five golf clubs in Chengdu have insufficient personnel introduction and allocation,poor service quality and low work efficiency;The lack of quality and professional training of coaches,caddies and lawn care personnel,and the service ability needs to be further improved;The design of post salary is not scientific and reasonable,and it is difficult to play an effective incentive role.(4)From the current situation of lawn management mode,the existing staff allocation standards of some golf clubs’ lawn management in Chengdu are far from meeting relevant requirements,such as high maintenance pressure,increasing maintenance costs,low quality of lawn care personnel and less systematic professional training,which affects customers’ service experience of clubs.Based on the analysis of the above status quo,the main problems in the management of Chengdu golf clubs are as follows: first,the lack of flexibility in the management mode;Secondly,personnel in key positions are in short supply and their qualities need to be improved.Third,the degree of refinement of service provided to customers is not high;Fourth,the lack of consumer market development;To solve the above problems,the following optimization countermeasures are put forward: first,change the business philosophy,adjust the business model;Second,strengthen the professional quality training of club personnel,improve the club salary system;Third,the government should strengthen the support of golf clubs and improve the level of fine service.Fourth,relying on the development foundation of Shuangcheng economic circle in Chengdu-Chongqing region,stimulate consumer demand,expand diversified sources of funds,improve the local golf main market industry,and take the lead to build a golf fitness leisure industry with Chengdu-Chongqing characteristics by relying on high-quality outdoor resources.
