| Golf industry just entered China market for only two years, professional expertson golf operation are still very scarce, so the operation of most of the golf courts iscopied from each other. This kind operation mode of copying each other blindly isregarded as typical operation characteristic of golf operation, its development thus ishindered by the traditional operation idea, it even may cause malignant competitionamong the same industries.The purpose of this thesis is to shed some lights for the golf courts or clubs whocopied others blindly so they can re-assess its own business and break away from theblind operation mode and develop themselves rapidly with the growing level ofpeople’s life, to improve people’s health and life quality and let golf walk intopeople’s life with individualized operation, so as to shorten the gap with thedeveloped countries on spiritual life.This thesis gives an overall review on the personalized operation of most ofenterprises, and then it extends the personalized operation to golf industry, andexpounds this point with examples. It uses SWOT methods to give a completeanalysis on golf court environment, and makes comparison from different aspects ondifferent conditions of their personalized operation, at last, it draws conclusion thatthe personalized operation is also applicable to golf industry, and management andservice are playing more important roles in the personalized operation. With theexamples, it proves that it is necessary methods in current economic conditions, it isan inevitable phase for gold enterprises to improve its competitiveness, and it alsocites examples of some successful golf enterprises.
