| The 31 st World University Summer Games(hereinafter referred to as "Chengdu Universiade")is the first world comprehensive games held in western China.The construction of the Chengdu Universiade is the material basis for its success,for which a total of 13 new stadiums were built and 36 stadiums were renovated to ensure the smooth holding of the event.Urban public sports services need stadiums as a material foundation,and stadiums are a key element to meet the growing public demand for sports,and their planning layout,service supply and quality will directly affect the effectiveness of public sports services.In this study,by combing the relevant literature on post-competition utilization of stadiums and public sports services,and then understanding the current situation of Chengdu Universiade venues and public sports services in Chengdu through field research and questionnaire survey,and quantitative analysis with the data obtained from the questionnaire,it is found that there are still problems of mismatch between supply and demand,poor quality of stadium services and idle resources of stadiums in the utilization of Chengdu Universiade venues,therefore,to promote the development of public sports services in Chengdu Therefore,we propose relevant countermeasures to promote the development of public sports services in Chengdu.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,based on the existing literature on post-competition utilization of venues and public sports services,as well as on the basis of scientific theories,we explore what can be learned from the use of stadiums to promote the development of public sports services.Scholars have proposed strategies for their better development from different aspects based on the full understanding of the importance of post-game utilization of stadiums and public sports services.However,most of the strategies are too general,and the ideas used in different forms of management are different and not universal.Therefore,this study hopes to build a theoretical framework based on the New Public Management Theory,New Public Service Theory Theory,Effective Supply Theory and Service Quality Indicator Evaluation System and IPA analysis method with the help of scientific theories to ensure the scientific nature of the study.Secondly,we investigate and study the current situation of the utilization of Chengdu Universiade venues and the current situation of public sports services in Chengdu.By compiling and analyzing the utilization of the Chengdu Universiade venues since their new construction and reconstruction acceptance,the service quality is evaluated.At the same time,the current situation of public sports services in Chengdu is sorted out and the demand for public sports services in Chengdu is understood through a questionnaire survey.Furthermore,the current situation of the utilization of the Chengdu Universiade venues and the current situation of public sports services in Chengdu were sorted out and summarized,and the motivation and positive role of the Chengdu Universiade venues in promoting the development of public sports services in Chengdu were found.In this process,it is found that there are still deficiencies in the utilization of Chengdu Universiade venues,such as mismatch between supply and demand,poor service quality and idle resources of venues.Finally,optimization countermeasures are proposed for the shortcomings in the utilization of Chengdu Universiade venues to promote the development of public sports services in Chengdu.Should:(1)optimize the supply of public sports services in Chengdu Universiade venues to avoid the "mismatch between supply and demand".First,reasonably control the low free operation cost of the venues,and broaden the supply of funding channels;second,improve the demand expression mechanism of citizens,and broaden the content of public sports services.(2)Optimize the quality of service of the "Games for the People" venues and improve the quality of public sports services.First,advocate national fitness sports,highlighting the value of the Universiade venues for the people;second,improve the assessment and evaluation mechanism,and improve the awareness of the staff’s independent services.(3)Optimize the resource allocation of Chengdu Universiade venues and promote the equalization of public sports services.First,revitalize the "cold" venues,improve the effect of public sports services;second,point to point,build the Chengdu Universiade venues public sports service system. |
