Research On Optimization Of Public Sports Venue Resource Suppl

The sports industry in Qingdao is booming in recent years,but the supply of public sports venues in Qingdao cannot meet the growing sports needs of the people,and there are still many problems and deficiencies in public sports services.This paper takes the supply of public sports venues in Qingdao as an example.Firstly,the relevant concepts of public sports service supply are studied,taking the one-core multiple governance theory and the holistic governance theory as the theoretical support of this paper.Then,the current situation of the resource supply of urban public sports venues in Qingdao was investigated,the service supply status,demand and satisfaction of urban public sports venues were investigated by questionnaire,interview and field investigation,so as to understand the supply problems of urban public stadiums and venues.Exploring the characteristics and practical problems existing in the supply of public sports resources in Qingdao.The supply of public sports services is still relatively insufficient,and there are many other difficulties such as lack of resource supply,block of supply system and mechanism,lack of diversified supply subjects,and the shortage of supply of venues.This paper studies the supply problems,such as the contradiction between public welfare and operation in the supply of public sports venues resources,the public stadiums and gymnasiums usually have single construction function and low utilization rate,the total supply of resources is insufficient to meet the diversified sports needs of the residents,the backwardness of policy support and system can only be effectively solved through the reform of its current management system.Combined with the theory of one core-multiple governance and the theory of holistic governance,this paper proposes the optimization strategies of resource supply of public sports venues.This study holds that the government should clarify its role in the supply of public sports services,on the basis of the leading role of the government,build a single core-multiple governance pattern for the supply of public sports venues resources;build an integrated supply structure network;improve the resource supply mechanism of public stadiums and venues;increase the investment of public sports services and build a sports service complex integrating multiple business form.
