In this paper,the author used the Documentary Research and Expert Interview method to review a large amount of relevant literature and collect expert opinions,then used the Delphi Method to screen the selected indexes in three rounds.In this context,the learning effect evaluation index system of blended learning Basic Gymnastics course for physical education majors at Chengdu Sport University(CDSU)was approved.After constructing an index weight judgment matrix with Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),the data was imported into Yaahp software to calculate index weight value.Finally,the built index system is validated using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)method.The specific research findings are as follows:(1)The approval of the learning effect evaluation index system of blended learning Basic Gymnastics course for physical education majors at CDSU based on the Expert Interview method,Delphi Method,etc.It consisted of 2 primary indexes,10 secondary indexes,and 35 tertiary indexes,and the construction process of this index system was standardized and reasonable,which could evaluate the learning effect in a more thorough manner.(2)Using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of different indexes,the usual performance is the most significant primary index of the blended learning Basic Gymnastics course for physical education majors at CDSU;the top ranking secondary indexes are the formation assessment,attendance rate and theory assessment;the top ranking tertiary indexes include the command of the password and whistle,absenteeism,basic gymnastics terminology,standing position and posture,completeness of unarmed gymnastic movements,standardization of unarmed gymnastic movements,number of questions asked and knowledge of basic gymnastic movement essentials,etc.The above indexes have a greater impact on the learning effect.(3)The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to validate whether the constructed evaluation criteria for the learning effectiveness of the blended learning Basic Gymnastics course for physical education majors at CDSU.The findings also demonstrated the viability of the developed evaluation index method.It can be used to assess how well a mixed Basic Gymnastics course teaches students.Based on the above conclusions,the following recommendations are made:(1)Develop a method for evaluating learning effects that includes teachers and students,with students serving as the system’s central focus.(2)Strengthen the empirical research even further,and keep the evaluation’s information up to date.(3)Constantly weight the index system based on the index system’s progress.
