Since 1990 s,E-learning has been rapidly developing and has successfully applied in the field of education with its rise.After more than ten years of practice and reflection,people gradually find that online learning also has unavoidable deficiencies and traditional Classroom teaching still has unparalleled advantages,therefore blended learning appears in the education field for the first time.Since the 21 st century,Blended learning,the main trend in the information and communication technology teaching,has promoted the reform in the field of education.It not only integrates the advantages of online learning and face-to-face classroom teaching but also adopts a combination of self-directed learning,collaborative learning and collective teaching dominated by teachers.Both learners' online learning and face-to-face classroom teaching can be taken into the blended education system to avoid the limitations of grade—oriented evaluation in the traditional evaluation system.Blended education system can make up the disadvantages of online learning and provide a more comprehensive evaluation for learners' study performance.Much more attention should be paid to the development of blended learning and the optimization of teaching effectiveness.This thesis analyzes the development status of mixed learning and mixed learning evaluation at home and abroad,and tries to construct a mixed learning performance rating index system.The purpose is to integrate the advantages of online learning and face-to-face classroom teaching,which can make up for online learning.The shortcomings can also make online learning play the biggest advantage in face-to-face classroom teaching,so as to build a scientific,reasonable and operable performance evaluation index system,so that teaching achieves maximum performance,thereby optimizing teaching and improving teaching effectiveness.The main contents of this study include the following aspects:The first part puts forward the research background of this dissertation.It reviews the research status quo of the mixed learning evaluation at home and abroad,performance evaluation and other related researches.The second part is a review of the relevant theories of the dissertation.This part mainly contains the definition of core concepts and related theoretical research.Because of few researches on blended learning performance evaluation worldwide,this paper begins with the concept of blended learning,and then defines the concept of blended learning evaluation and performance evaluation separately.Blended learning combines online learning and face to face classroom teaching.This paper main focuses on the following two theories: learning theory and performance theory.These two theories are the bases and guides for the formation of the performance evaluation framework in blended learning.The third part focuses on the construction of the performance evaluation framework of blended learning.First,the guiding ideology and principles for constructing the index system are clarified,and the design degree of the index system is elaborated.In the design of indicator system,blended learning integrates online learning and face-to-face classroom teaching,which is the first level of the theoretical framework of blended learning performance evaluation.The second and third-level indicators are established based on literature review,expert interviews and other ways.And these indicators are used to establish the framework of a blended learning performance evaluation framework.The last step is to establish the blended learning performance evaluation index system by using the hierarchy analytic process to calculate the weight of each dimension in blended learning performance evaluation framework and then by quantifying the weight of performance indicators.The fourth part is about an empirical analysis.Students of the 2017 level of Educational Technology at China West Normal University are selected as the research subjects,and the course “Introduction to Educational Technology” is the empirical material to verify its relevance.The conclusions about the applications and recommendations of the evaluation index system will be put forward based on the case studies.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect.This part will concentrates on essential conclusions based on the above research and research deficiencies involved in this research.Some suggestions will be put forward for the follow—up studies.
