The Party and the state have always attached great importance to taking part in physical exercise before the youth.However,at present,most parents in the society still have the educational concept of "score-only theory".Therefore,for a long time,the burden of homework and out-of-school training for young students is very heavy,and they attach importance to intellectual education and light sports.The problem of young students’ lack of time to exercise has always attracted everyone’s attention.To this end,the General Offices of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Training for students receiving compulsory education."Opinions" proposed that schools should improve the level of extracurricular services,provide diversified services to meet the needs of students,teachers to teach,students to learn knowledge,and actively carry out cultural and sports activities.Sports association is a very important part of it.The article by using the research methods of questionnaire survey,expert interviews and field visits,this paper studies the current situation,change and main problems existing in the development process of sports club,and gives some countermeasures according to the relevant experts’ suggestions and own experiences.The results are as follows:(1)The primary school sports associations in Xiangcheng District of Suzhou mainly offer basketball,football,track and field,triathlon and martial arts,among which basketball,football,track and field and triathlon are very popular and are offered in every primary school.The time of club activities is arranged during the delayed service period,with high frequency and sufficient activity duration.This kind of schedule avoids the contradiction of school training to a certain extent,and allows more students to have time to participate in sports club activities.(2)Most of the instructors of the primary school sports club in Suzhou Xiangcheng District are physical education teachers of this school.Their professional backgrounds are mainly basketball,track and field,football and martial arts.Most of them are under 40 years old and relatively young.In recent years,the school has encouraged physical education teachers to improve their own academic qualifications,and the academic qualifications of instructors have gradually shown the trend of high education,restricted by epidemic prevention and control,in recent three years,the way to improve the professional skills of community instructors is mainly through online learning,and the vast majority of instructors are satisfied with the sports associations carried out by the school.(3)Under the background of "double reduction",the alters of primary school sports clubs in Xiangcheng District of Suzhou mainly include: the subsidy of the instructor is guaranteed,the enthusiasm of teachers is improved,the club activities are arranged during the delay period after class,the number and time of students participating in sports associations are increased,the number of optional club projects for students is increased,and the workload of club instructors is increased.(4)Under the background of "double reduction",the main problems in the development of primary school sports clubs in Xiangcheng District of Suzhou are as follows:(1)The programs offered by sports clubs are not comprehensive,limited to the events and students in the competition.The program does not meet the needs of younger students;Most of the club instructors are physical education teachers in the school,and the teaching staff is relatively tight;The venue for the event is insufficient;The applicability of activity equipment is not strong.In view of the main problems,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Enriching the sports club program cannot be limited to the events of competitions and competition students.(2)Pay attention to the interests and needs of younger students,and open emerging sports projects that they are interested in according to school conditions.(3)Expand the number of instructors of sports clubs through multiple channels and enhance the teaching staff of sports clubs.(4)Increase financial support and improve the allocation of sports venues.(5)Improve sports equipment facilities,improve the applicability of sports equipment. |
