And gradually they established a "health first" guiding ideology, and they spent more time and money to take an active lifestyle, have reasonable distribution of work, rest and exercise time.The full name of the water aerobics is a water aerobics (aquati caerobics), water aerobics is usually in1-1.4 m water depth where almost to the waist and the chest It carried out with the soft music .The fitness people follow the fitness coaches. Water Aerobics retained the essence of traditional aerobics, which combined different rhythms of body movements and dance steps With the accompaniment of music, running, jumping, walking aerobics and other fast-paced action through water resistance to train a person's strength, endurance, a perfect body shape, people's flexibility and reduce sports injuries, etc. It can regulate body posture and spine physical bending. What's more, it can make the whole body develop into streamline and enhance the body's aerobic functioning.This paper use Guangzhou Jianlimei fitness club to participate in water aerobics for 30 people who are 25-35 year-old female member as the research object, according to the design of courses in water aerobics program them 3 months training course in water aerobics, before and after the members of the experimental the physical indicators and indicators of mood state investigation, testing and statistical analysis to draw the following conclusions:1.Tracking results of the water aerobics training show that the water aerobics training on the improvement of members of the body shape is very effective, expressed as weight, circumference, percentage body fat content of a significant difference between before and after training, significantly decreased.2. Water aerobics training will able to significantly improve members of the cardiopulmonary function and balance in both before and after training.3. Water Aerobics training can be referred to members of the quality of the power quality and flexibility, performance in the sit-ups, stations and Reach test data after training markedly improved, and the difference is very noticeable.4. Water Aerobics training can effectively reduce the tension, anger, sense of fatigue, depression, a sense of panic feeling. Meanwhile, it also increase energy and self-esteem and it can play a role of a good sense regulation in a period of time of the state of mind to the membership.
