Research On Sustainable Development Of Sichuan Provincial Non Olympic Project Association

Since the reform and opening up,both the Party and the country have attached great importance to mass sports work.As the main carrier of providing public sports services,provincial non Olympic sports associations play an irreplaceable role in correctly establishing health concepts,providing scientific fitness knowledge,promoting national fitness,and promoting the construction of a strong sports province in Sichuan.Currently,most provincial non Olympic sports associations in Sichuan are in a "shock" state,lacking vitality in the process of operation,It is difficult to maintain a good and sustainable development trend.Guided by the sustainable development theory and system science theory,this paper uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,Delphi,AHP,expert interview,mathematical statistics and other methods to investigate and analyze the development status of Sichuan Provincial Non Olympic Project Association,and construct the sustainable development indicator system of Sichuan Provincial Non Olympic Project Association,Analyzing the problems in its sustainable development and proposing sustainable development strategies has positive practical significance for promoting the sustainable development of Sichuan Provincial Non Olympic Project Association,and provides a certain basic research reference for the sustainable development of Provincial Non Olympic Project Association.The main conclusions of this study are as follows.(1)The current development situation of Sichuan Provincial Non Olympic Project Associations is as follows: Sichuan Province has a broad mass base for non Olympic projects,with a small total number of provincial non Olympic project associations and uneven categories;The person in charge of the association is mainly part-time and has a college or undergraduate degree;The number of staff and volunteers in the association is small and most of them are part-time;There is a shortage of funds and a single source of government support;The association has few business activities and a small scale;Traditional means of publicity have had poor results.(2)The construction results of the sustainable development indicator system for Sichuan Provincial Non Olympic Project Association are as follows: Through two rounds of expert consultation and indicator screening,the sustainable development indicator system for Sichuan Provincial Non Olympic Project Association has been formed.The system is composed of 4 first level indicators,10 second level indicators,and 41 third level indicators,among which the first level indicators are: basic support subsystem,development support subsystem,social support subsystem,and intellectual support subsystem;Using the analytic hierarchy process,the weight coefficients of various indicators for sustainable development of Sichuan Provincial Non Olympic Project Association were obtained;Finally,through expert interviews,a deeper analysis was conducted to identify the key factors affecting the sustainable development of Sichuan Provincial Non Olympic Games Association.(3)The problems existing in the sustainable development of Sichuan Provincial Non Olympic Games Association are as follows: First,insufficient government support and lack of stable funding support;The second is the lack of fixed office space and complete supporting facilities;Third,the government’s regulatory mechanism is not perfect,and its internal governance capacity is weak;Fourth,the external publicity is weak and ineffective;Fifth,there is a shortage of professional talents;Sixth,the degree of marketization is low,and the endogenous power is insufficient.(4)The sustainable development countermeasures of Sichuan Provincial Non Olympic Project Association are as follows: First,improve policies and regulations,and increase assistance efforts;Second,we should strengthen publicity and cultural construction to improve public trust;Third,optimize the venue facilities and improve the level of security;Fourth,optimize personnel allocation and cultivate versatile talents;Fifth,it is necessary to give full play to the supervisory and guiding role of the competent department and strengthen the internal governance capacity of the association;Sixth,we must actively promote market-oriented operation and enhance our own endogenous power and hematopoietic function.
