| This research takes Fujian provincial sports associations as the research object, using literature data method, questionnaire survey method, case study, interviews and other methods, to analy the basic of architecture(institutions, material, manpower, financial resources, management system and business activities etc) and situation(establishment, time, quantity, type)of Fujian provincial sports association, and reveal the problem in the operation of the process. At the same time, to summary the problems about sustainable development of Fujian provincial sports associations. The result shows that:1, The overall architecture of Fujian provincial sports associations was build organized, but there is still much confusion in the part of the association, and lead to the function wasn’t realized.2,The part of the Fujian provincial sports association was lack of independent office, venue, high quality talent management, and a large number of volunteers. The fund shortage problem is serious, and the expenditure structure is not reasonable.3,The Fujian provincial sports associations have single type and lower number activities, and the effect is generally.4,The social support is not high, because the propaganda of Fujian provincial sports association is low.5,The advantage about the sustainable development of Fujian provincial sports associations:Fujian province GDP increase speed and stability; the policy system has been improvement; the government attaches great importance to the national fitness work; the consciousness of participation in physical exercise is becoming positive.To solve the above problems, the Fujian provincial association should strengthen and improve its construction, the government should establish and improve the regulations about the Fujian provincial sports associations; the society should improve the support on the provincial sports associations. |
