Research On The Development Status And Sustainable Development Of Henan Triathlon Association

Based on the literature,interview,questionnaire,field investigation,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods,combined with the three dimensions of sustainable development theory,the present situation of sustainable development,existing problems and how to further promote the sustainable development of the Triathlon Association of Henan Province are studied in order to further promote the future benign development of the Triathlon Association of Henan Province,so as to better play the unique value of Triathlon in the National Fitness Movement of Henan Province.The research points are as follows:(1)Based on the development degree of sustainable development,there are five iron three sports associations in Henan Province,such as Zhengzhou City,Jiaozuo City,Zhoukou City,Anyang City and Suixian County of Shangqiu,but compared with other provinces,whether the number of associations or the size of membership,Henan Province still has a big gap.(2)Based on the degree of coordination of sustainable development,the members of Henan Iron Three Movement Association are mainly male,the age is mostly concentrated in the middle-aged class,the education level is high,the members’ motivation to participate in the iron three Association is diversified,and all of them have achieved positive results.While maintaining the existing advantages,the association also faces the problems of uneven age and gender,lack of effective organization and management,single source of funds,insufficient promotion and publicity,and lack of professional guidance.(3)Based on the sustainability of sustainable development,the number of high-level players and the competition results of Henan Iron Three Sports Association are excellent,but the lack of training venues and facilities are the first problems to be solved by the associations.(4)Measures to promote the sustainable development of the three iron sports association in Henan Province: under the index of development degree,strengthen the interaction between inside and outside,expand the number of co-workers and the size of members.Under the index of coordination degree,we should enrich all kinds of competition forms and promote the balance of age and gender structure;strengthen the construction of management system and perfect the operation mechanism of the association;widen the channels of economic sources and solve the problem of shortage of funds;make full use ofinformation technology and attach importance to the propaganda work of the association;strengthen internal professional guidance and promote the improvement of membership level.Under the indicators of sustainability,we should actively create favorable conditions and increase the channels of site sources;actively utilize favorable resources and improve training facilities;attach importance to the propaganda of iron three culture and promote the cultural character of the association;give full play to the leading role of the competent department of sports in Henan Province,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the iron three sports association in Henan Province.
