The structure of athletes’ competitive ability shows hierarchical characteristics,and its development and improvement must be gradually realized from general to special and from local to whole.The preparation period is the key period for athletes to develop their basic ability level and create good conditions for the competition period.Winter training is an important part of the annual training plan.Good winter training can effectively develop athletes’ sports quality and improve the basic technical structure.By diagnosing the competitive ability of five registered young male 100-meter athletes in Guizhou province,it is found that they have some problems in physical fitness,such as poor core strength,poor explosive power,poor maximum speed and speed endurance,and weak technical ability in hip joint flexion and extension,knee joint relaxation and lifting and folding forward swing.In this regard,a targeted winter training plan was made and implemented in the training,aiming to help athletes improve their competitive ability,lay a technical and physical foundation for the next stage of training,provide a scientific reference for improving the 100-meter winter training of young men in Guizhou Province,and then promote the promotion of men’s 100-meter performance in Guizhou Province.In this study,the methods of literature,observation,testing,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis were used to study the training implementation of registered young male 100-meter athletes in Guizhou Province in winter training from 2021 to 2022.The results are as follows:1.The contents of this winter training are divided into physical fitness training and sports technical training.On the basis of developing general physical fitness,highlight the special maximum speed and special speed endurance;The key point of technical training is the technical training of running on the way,the practice of imitating accelerated running to develop accelerated ability and the practice of running rhythm conversion to develop the ability of connecting accelerated running with running on the way.2.The implementation of this winter training period is divided into three stages,and its load arrangement shows the characteristics of specialization gradually increasing,the load shows the trend of first rising and then falling,and the load intensity shows the characteristics of first falling and then rising.3.This winter training has achieved good results,and the athletes’ performance has improved significantly,reaching the expected goal.The remarkable events of promotion are 30 m running,squat and high flip,and the remarkable events of promotion are marching 40 m running,60 m running,100 m running,bench press,group muscle recovery after prone position with fixed equipment,standing long jump,keiser semi-squat power event and 100 m running.Athletes’ personal best in 2022 has a greater improvement than that in 2021.The following suggestions are made:1.Strengthen the initial state diagnosis and accurately evaluate the athletes’ sports level.2.Pay attention to the principle of differential treatment and individual differences of athletes.3.Make use of the advantages of professional sports colleges,monitor the load intensity and physiological and biochemical indicators,and adjust the training content and load in time.
