winter training period is the first stage in the athlete’s annual cycle training arrangement.In the theoretical research and practice of competitive sports training in China,the winter training period has always been regarded as an important training stage.Therefore,the winter training period has also become a distinctive feature in the process of competitive sports training in China.At present,many scholars in China have carried out research on the winter training arrangements of high-level athletes/sports teams of different projects,and there are few studies on the winter training period of sprint projects that have achieved rapid improvement in recent years and made major breakthroughs.In order to summarize the training situation of China’s high-level sprinters in the key part of winter training,according to the existing research conditions,this study selects the training arrangement of the active 200-meter female athlete Lin Huijun’s winter training period of 2017-2018 as the research object,using the literature.The law,expert interview method,follow-up observation method,logic analysis method and case analysis method systematically analyzed Lin Huijun’s winter training period.And draw the following conclusions:(1)In the initial stage of Lin Huijun’s winter training period in 2017-2018,the coaches diagnosed Lin Huijun’s athletic ability.He believes that in terms of physical fitness,speed endurance is its advantage,and the starting outbreak needs to be improved;the technical deficiency is to limit sports performance.The cause of improvement and the improvement of the starting acceleration technology are the key ways to achieve breakthroughs.The training goal of maintaining and consolidating the physical fitness level and further improving the sports technology was put forward,and finally the ideal training effect was achieved.(2)The training period of Lin Huijun’s winter training period in 2017-2018 is divided into three stages,which are the basic preparation stage,the special conversion stageand the special promotion stage.Overall,the entire training process basically follows the concept of load control that gradually increases the intensity of training.(3)During the winter training period of Lin Huijun in 2017-2018,the coaches mainly used the basic training week as the type of Lin Huijun’s training schedule.During the weekly training arrangement,Lin Huijun’s training content did not change much,and the training methods and requirements changed during each stage.This is also an important successful experience in achieving the ideal training effect of Lin Huijun during the winter training period.(4)2017-2018 Lin Huijun training schedule for winter training: In terms of speed of movement,based on the practice of general strength,through a variety of jumping exercises,the purpose of transforming to special technical effects;technically,avoiding too much support legs And by speeding up the swinging of the front swing and the lowering of the leg,the running frequency is increased,thereby improving the economical efficiency of the technique;comprehensively developing athletic ability through joint dynamic flexibility exercises,coordinated exercises,aerobic assistive exercises,etc.Avoid short boards with athletic ability.
