| Purpose:This paper probes into the concrete process of the training arrangement of the male shot put athlete Tian Zizhong in the winter training period 2017-2018,and sums up the general rules of the training arrangement during the winter training period.Subject : Research on the training arrangement in Winter training period2017-2018 of Tian ZiZhong an excellent male shot put athlete in China.Methods:(1)Observation method.The training situation of athlete Tian Zizhong in winter training period was observed,the training content,methods and means,load size and so on were recorded,and real training data were collected.(2)Interview survey method.Through the interview with the coaches of Tian Zizhong,the author finds out the basic task goal of athlete Tian Zizhong in the winter training period 2017-2018,and the position of the winter training period in many years’ training,and then deeply understands the orientation and function of the winter training period.(3)Statistic.Using the Excel2010 edition,the data of the winter training of Tian Zizhong are input and calculated,including the training means,the load and intensity of the medium and large strength training means,the use frequency of shot put with different weights of the special technology,The frequency of different throwing methods and the number of times of practicing throwing,the distance of training throwing and the result of competition.Conclusions:(1)Winter training period is divided into two stages: physical recovery training and special intensive training: physical recovery training emphasizing the restoration of general physical ability;special strengthening stage emphasizing the promotion of special basic strength and improving special techniques.(2)In the special strengthening stage,the comprehensive training courses consisting of special techniques and large capacity training are the main ones,accounting for 74% of the courses in the special strengthening phase.(3)Among thegreat strength training means,snatch,neck clean and jerk,lift and pull fast and flat push the three systemic strength training means with the highest total number of times,with emphasis on the training of the explosive force of the whole body force and the coordination of the order of the force.(4)In the special strengthening stage,8 kg shot was used to train the highest frequency and throw the most number of times,and the back-to-back sliding support shot was used to throw the most number of times.(5)Among the four technical practice methods of back sliding shot put in situ,back sliding step back shot put,back sliding step support throw and complete back slide step throwing lead,the back sliding step support throw and the complete back slide step throwing exercise are the main technical practice methods.(6)In the stage of special strengthening,for the intensive exercise,the load is first increased and then the intensity is increased in the early stage,and the load intensity is properly reduced in the later stage,so as to pay attention to the strengthening of the special technology. |
