| With the in-depth promotion of the national fitness strategy,sports parks have become an important place for the development of mass sports by virtue of their good ecological environment and public sports service attributes.In order to promote the sustainable development of sports parks,it is necessary to explore highquality development paths for sports parks in multiple aspects such as planning,construction,operation,and management.This article uses research methods such as literature review,field research,questionnaire interviews,and mathematical statistics to sort out the current research and development status of sports parks at home and abroad.Taking the current development status of sports parks in Chengdu as the research object,it conducts an investigation and research on the location distribution,construction time,land occupation scale,sports project settings,operating modes,nature of operating units,and sports event activities in Chengdu,A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the satisfaction of citizens with the use of sports parks in Chengdu,summarize the existing problems in the development of sports parks in Chengdu,and analyze the reasons.Combining the balanced scorecard and the Delphi method,a sustainable development evaluation system for Chengdu sports parks is constructed,including 4 first level indicators,12 second level indicators,and 32 third level indicators,and the weight coefficients of each level of indicators are determined.Using the PEST model to analyze the macro environment of the future development of sports parks in Chengdu,this paper proposes action strategies for the sustainable development of sports parks in the future:strengthening the construction of park scenes;Improve the operation and management level of the park;Expand park sports services and project content,and comprehensively deepen service content oriented to optimizing sports experience;Strengthen foreign cooperation;Accelerate the construction of online information platforms and improve user feedback channels.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current development situation of sports parks in Chengdu,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The development trend of sports parks in Chengdu is good,with balanced regional distribution,and the number is beginning to take shape.(2)The construction time span between sports parks in Chengdu is large,and the growth rate has significantly accelerated in the past five years.More than half of the 37 sports parks that have been built have been completed in the past five years.(3)The types of sports parks in Chengdu are diverse,with reasonable project settings and rich content.From the perspective of building scale,they can be divided into three categories: city level,district/county level,and community level;From the perspective of sports project settings,it can be divided into comprehensive categories and special theme categories.(4)The hardware facilities of Chengdu Sports Park are of high quality,and the conditions for hosting events and activities are mature.From the type of events held,it can not only withstand the test of the top sports events in China,but also prepare for a nationwide fitness event that is widely participated by the masses.(5)The operation modes of sports parks in Chengdu are diversified,covering BOT,cooperative operation,entrusted operation,independent operation,and other modes.The operation entities involve state-owned enterprises,private enterprises,public institutions,and other entities of various nature.(6)The information service and facility maintenance of sports parks in Chengdu need to be strengthened.The construction progress of information platforms is slightly slow,and the number of sports parks that attach importance to online operation is insufficient.The maintenance efficiency of some outdoor sports venues and facilities in sports parks is relatively low.In response to the existing problems,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)Regional linkage between sports parks is formed through competition activities,creating activities such as relay runs and flash cards in sports parks throughout the city,inviting sports talents and sports stars to participate in sports park characteristic activities,and expanding the influence and popularity of sports parks.(2)Designs sports themed activity days for disabled people,cooperates with organizations such as the Disabled Persons’ Federation,community neighborhood committees,and neighborhood offices to carry out disabled sports games,highlighting the humanistic care of the park,and ensuring the realization of the sports rights and interests of special groups.(3)Improve the maintenance frequency of sports facilities,publicize the maintenance situation during the cycle,and set up online and offline mass dialogue windows to facilitate the improvement of bilateral communication efficiency.The masses can also timely reflect the failure of sports equipment.(4)Introduce a face recognition system,build a sports information storage platform for park users,fully understand the group characteristics and sports habits of sports park users,accurately portray users,and targeted improve park service content and operation strategies.(5)Strengthen online platform promotion and marketing,and create short videos based on park characteristic scenes and related topics of high-quality service content to attract and enhance the attraction of sports parks.
