Higher vocational education has made important contributions to China’s higher education and shoulders the responsibility of cultivating front-line workers in various occupational positions.Therefore,the teaching quality of physical education courses in vocational colleges and universities directly affects the physical health of future front-line workers in various positions.Learning evaluation is not only an important means to promote students’ learning,but also an important method to test students’ learning effect and teaching quality,but through the review of relevant literature and the author’s personal practice,it is found that there are many unreasonable aspects in the current learning evaluation of physical education courses in vocational colleges,and to solve the problems existing in learning evaluation,we must first start from the evaluation content,so it is urgent to build a set of learning evaluation index system for physical education courses in vocational colleges.Based on this,this study mainly uses the questionnaire survey method to deeply understand the current situation of physical education course learning evaluation in 15 vocational colleges,and then screens and determines the learning evaluation indicators at all levels through the Delphi method,and then determines the weight of each index of the physical education course learning evaluation index system of higher vocational colleges through analytic hierarchy,and finally constructs a complete set of physical education course learning evaluation index system of higher vocational colleges,and verifies its scientificity and feasibility through practical use.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The problems existing in the current evaluation of physical education courses in vocational colleges mainly include the emphasis on physical and emotional aspects of the evaluation content;Evaluate teachers and light students;The form of evaluation emphasizes the end and the formation lightly;The evaluation results are re-graded and the feedback is light.(2)construct a set of five first-level indicators(sports participation,motor skills,physical health,mental health,social adaptation);16 secondary indicators;35 threelevel indicators of higher vocational college physical education course learning evaluation index system.(3)The first-level indicators of the physical education course learning evaluation index system of vocational colleges and universities determine the highest degree of importance according to the weight value,and then sports participation,mental health,social adaptation,and the lowest is sports skills.(4)The evaluation index system of physical education courses in vocational colleges and universities is specific and feasible,which can reflect students’ real physical learning through the evaluation of students’ ability,cognition,emotion,behavior and other fields.
