With the continuous advancement of education informatization,the integration of information technology and education and teaching has become closer and deeper,providing a new way for the cultivation of talents in the new era and effectively promoting teaching reform.As an innovative form of research on the teaching mode of public physical education courses in colleges and universities,the blended teaching mode can effectively alleviate the shortage of teachers and venues,and promote inter-school sharing and high-quality teacher sharing.Due to the particularity of its own discipline,the application of this teaching mode in public physical education classes has not yet been perfected.As teaching evaluation is an important part of the teaching process,this study aims to effectively promote the development and improvement of blended teaching activities and improve the teaching effect by constructing a blended teaching evaluation index system for public physical education courses in colleges and universities.From the perspective of supervision experts and students,this study studies the evaluation of mixed teaching of public physical education classes,taking the blended teaching of public physical education classes as the research object.In this study,the theoretical basis for the construction of the evaluation index system with the CIPP evaluation model was first determined,and the evaluation indicators of supervision experts and students’ classroom teaching evaluation indicators were preliminarily determined through reviewing a large number of literature,combined with relevant standards issued by the state and exchanges with front-line teachers,and after screening and integration.Then,after two rounds of expert consultation,the indicators were constantly revised,and finally the expert opinions converged.In the determination of index weight,the analytic hierarchy method is used to design two pairs of indicator importance comparison questionnaires and issue recycling,and the indicator weight is determined by combining quantitative and qualitative methods.After the reliability and validity test and analysis,the supervision expert scoring table and the student classroom teaching scoring table were designed to facilitate the application,and the comprehensive evaluation model of mixed teaching of public physical education courses in colleges and universities was constructed.The results show that the evaluation index system of mixed teaching of public physical education courses in colleges and universities in this paper has been affirmed by experts in the construction,and the index system has good reliability and validity.The evaluation index system of supervision experts includes 4 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators and 42 third-level indicators and evaluation standards,covering the evaluation of the whole process of course teaching,and ensuring its scientific and operability to a certain extent;The evaluation index system of student classroom teaching includes 2 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 22third-level indicators and evaluation standards.Finally,the scope,object and method of mixed teaching evaluation of public physical education classes are clarified again.Since the research on the evaluation of blended teaching under this course is still in the exploratory stage,it is hoped that the construction of the evaluation index system in this paper can better play its guiding diagnosis and regulation functions in the mixed teaching of public physical education classes,and further improve the application of the blended teaching method in public physical education classes.
