Centennial plan,education-oriented;Teachers are the most important plan for education.In order to implement the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and cultivating people,by 2035,the comprehensive quality,professional level and innovation ability of teachers should be improved in an all-round way,and the goal of cultivating hundreds of thousands of outstanding teachers should be achieved.Only by establishing a team of excellent teachers with high quality and high level can we achieve the goal of high-quality education and cultivate a large number of outstanding talents.Based on the theory of occurrence constructivist learning,the method of qualitative research combined with quantitative research is adopted,the teaching behavior structure model of excellent art teachers in sports colleges is taken as the research object,and the relevant structural model is constructed,and the teaching behavior structure model of excellent art teachers in sports colleges is constructed,modified,tested and the weight of each dimension and index of the model is established by using the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method,so as to achieve a deep understanding of the teaching behavior structure of excellent art teachers.Specifically,it includes: sorting out and integrating the professional standards of foreign outstanding teachers,relevant domestic policy documents,and the behavioral indicators of excellent teachers and famous sports teachers;Extract and correct the indicators through expert interviews;Empirical testing of the model using factor analysis method;The AHP-entropy weight method was used to calculate the combined weights of each dimension and index of the teaching behavior model of excellent teachers in sports colleges,and the relevant conclusions were as follows:(1)The teaching behavior of excellent art teachers in sports colleges is a second-order5-factor model,of which the second-order 1 factor is the teaching behavior of excellent art teachers in sports colleges,and the first-order 4 factors are teaching preparation and planning,teaching guidance,creating a teaching environment,and professional responsibilities.(2)According to theoretical analysis and interview,the "Initial Questionnaire on the Teaching Behavior of Excellent Art Teachers in Sports Colleges" was designed,which contained 46 questions in 4 dimensions,and the internal consistency,reliability and structural validity of the questionnaire were good.(3)Using confirmatory factor analysis,it is found that the adaptability of the teaching behavior structure equation model of excellent teachers in sports colleges meets the relevant requirements.Among them,the factor load and predictive power of professional responsibilities were higher than those of the other three dimensions,indicating that this dimension had the highest contribution rate to the teaching behavior of excellent teachers in sports colleges.(4)The AHP-entropy weight method was used to calculate the combined weights of each dimension of the teaching behavior model of excellent teachers in sports colleges,and the results showed that the weight of teaching guidance > the weight of professional responsibility> the weight of teaching preparation and planning> the weight of creating a teaching environment.
