This study is based on three theoretical foundations: human capital theory,social exchange theory,and Maslow’s demand theory.The research object is the organizational commitment structure model of technical teachers in physical education institutions.The research object is the technical teachers in 9 professional physical education institutions.The research methods such as Delphi method,questionnaire survey method,and mathematical statistics method are used to carry out the investigation,and a structural model of the organizational commitment of technical teachers in physical education institutions is constructed.The final conclusions are as follows:(1)The structural model of organizational commitment of technical teachers in physical education institutions is a second-order five-factor model(second-order1-factor,first-order 4-factor).The second order factor is aggregated into one factor,namely,organizational commitment;The first order four factors are professional commitment,emotional commitment,ideal and belief commitment,and engagement commitment.(2)The "Formal Questionnaire on Organizational Commitment of Technical Teachers in Physical Education Institutions" designed in this study includes 4dimensions and 16 items.Through qualitative research,Delphi method,and factor analysis,the questionnaire has good internal consistency reliability and structural validity.(3)Professional commitment,as a new dimension,has been included in the evaluation of technical teachers’ organizational commitment;In addition,the factor load and predictive power of professional commitment are superior to the remaining three dimensions,and they show the highest contribution rate in the organizational commitment of technical teachers in sports colleges.(4)The contribution rate of "emotional commitment" ranks second,and it is an indispensable part of the organizational commitment of technical teachers in physical education institutions.This dimension indicates that technical teachers,as a special group,should pay particular attention to their emotional commitment.Organizations should trust technical teachers and implement "people-oriented" management to enhance their emotional commitment to the school.(5)By analyzing the differences in various factors of organizational commitment among technical teachers based on demographic variables from different backgrounds,it was found that there were no significant differences in organizational commitment among technical teachers based on gender,education background,professional title,job type,and teaching age,while there were differences in various factors of organizational commitment among technical teachers based on different marital status,age,and "work unit conversion times."...
