Core strength training originated in the field of rehabilitation.As an extension of traditional strength training,it is also called functional training or core stability training.It was introduced to China from the 1990 s,and through continuous exploration and practice,it began to enter competitive sports in 2006.In the sports world attracted attention.With domestic and foreign experts studying the theory and practice of core strength training,experts and scholars in domestic sports training have acknowledged the supplement of core strength training as a supplement to traditional core strength training methods.At the beginning of the application of a few sports events such as swimming and track and field,with the introduction of kinematic chain theory,neuromuscular system training and proprioceptive training theory,many sports programs have raised a lot of attention to the core parts and have also played an important role.The sports academies,as the leaders of higher physical education in our country,play a decisive role in training and teaching.This article will use experimental methods from training time,training content,and technical actions to explore the core strengths in the special teaching.Master and apply maximization.In this study,40 basketball students from Chengdu Institute of Physical Education were selected as the study subjects,and literature data,expert interviews,experiments,and statistics were used.Before the experiment,the students were randomly divided into experimental group A group(20)and control group B group(20)two groups of subjects.First,the experimental group and the control group were compared before testing,and the experimental group was tested(A The difference between the test results of the group test results and the control group(B)test results,under the premise that maintaining the longitudinal test data in the group to maintain the training load is basically the same,the experimental group took the core strength training consistent with the specific items,this training There are a total of three phases in a total of 8weeks.After each phase of training,the test is conducted.After 8 weeks of training,the following conclusions are drawn through the test summary analysis:1.The members of the experimental group passed the training of core strength,and the four test indicators had improved and stable compared with the members of the control group.From this,we can see that the introduction of core strength training methods into basketball special teaching has a positive effect on improving basketball players' athletic performance.2.The basketball sport belongs to the skill-led class of the same field competition project.The physical confrontation is fierce.In the sports field,the athletes should always maintain confrontation.Therefore,the chance of causing sports injuries is greater,and the core strength training of sports reduces the risk of injury in sports..3.The core position is the connection center of the upper and lower limbs.When the body is in an abnormal posture,it can maintain the stability of technical movements in the strong confrontation.Therefore,the strength of the core strength plays an important role.The main suggestions are as follows: 1.Core strength training has been actively and importantly applied in practice and research.It is imperative to incorporate core strength training into basketball special courses in various universities.All college administrators,physical education teachers and coaches should Pay attention to its practice and application;2.The characteristics of the basketball sports project determine that training activitiesshould be combined with special techniques to maintain the balance of the body and enhance the promotion of sports skills.Therefore,the content of training should be closer to the special items,and the principle of gradual and orderly progress should be followed in the training process.It is easy to be difficult.3,training should focus on traditional strength training and special core strength training.Exercise large muscle groups in deep small muscle groups should exercise scientifically,scientifically,systematically,and reasonably to ensure the systematicness and effectiveness of training effects.Do more with less;4.In the basketball teaching process,different and specific core strength training methods should be used to stimulate the muscles to be exercised,and more training methods for improving the performance of the sports should be developed to ensure that the training effect is increased.
