Research On The Education Of College Students’ View Of Labor From The Perspective Of A Better Life

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the main contradiction in our society has been transformed into the contradiction between the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.Realizing the people’s yearning for a better life has become the proper meaning of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Labor is an important foundation for human survival and development and the creation of a better life.College students,as a new force in social construction,are the main force in the construction of a better life.Therefore,helping college students to establish a correct view of labor is an urgent need to build a better life.However,at present,there are still many problems in the education of college students’ view of labor.For example,college students’ own labor awareness is relatively weak,and the school labor education system is not perfect.These problems not only hinder the growth of college students,but also affect the overall development of society.progress.Therefore,it is an important subject of ideological and political education for college students to pay attention to and study the problems existing in the education of college students’ view of labor and to promote the reform of education of college students’ view of labor.Guided by Marxist theory and socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and from the perspective of a better life,this paper studies the education of college students’ concept of labor,which is divided into the following five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly discusses the research background and significance of this paper,domestic and foreign research review,research ideas and methods.The second part explores the connotation,ideological origin,content and characteristics of a better life and college students’ labor concept education,and discusses the inner fit between a better life and college students’ labor concept education and the necessity of college students’ labor concept education from the perspective of a better life.The third part is guided by a series of speeches and expositions made by General Secretary Xi Jinping around "labor" since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.From the perspective of a better life,it analyzes the new requirements put forward by the content,educational philosophy and educational model of college students’ labor conception education.The fourth part investigates the current situation of college students’ labor concept education from the perspective of the current good life.The current situation of college students’ labor view is analyzed by means of a questionnaire survey.The survey results show that the education of college students’ concept of labor has made certain achievements,such as the increased emphasis on the education of the concept of labor of college students,the diversification of the education methods of the concept of labor of college students,and the obvious improvement of the quality of education of the concept of labor of college students.But there are also many shortcomings: college students’ own labor awareness is relatively weak,the school’s labor concept cultivation system is not perfect,and the synergy of labor concept education among various social elements has not yet been formed.This chapter is based on Marxist theory,combined with pedagogy,sociology and other subject knowledge,to analyze the reasons for the current shortage of college students’ labor concept education.The fifth part is based on the background of the current construction of a better life in the new era,combines a better life with the education of the concept of labor,and takes the shortcomings of the education of the concept of labor for college students and their causes as a standpoint,and puts forward the four aspects of society,school,family and self.It is an innovative and feasible path to improve the effectiveness of college students’ labor concept education from the perspective of a better life.
