The state has been paying more and more attention to the innovation of grassroots social governance, emphasizing the need to develop a new situation of grassroots social governance with the concept of "common construction, common governance and sharing".In this context, collaborative community governance has become an important development direction to promote the innovation of community governance.Social work,as an important element in the multi-faceted collaborative governance, has been widely recognized for its professional intervention. However, what is the concrete process of its intervention in community collaborative governance? What kind of action logic does it follow? What practical suggestions can be extracted? There is still a lack of academic research on these questions. Therefore, this study takes community governance innovation as the background,X community in Wuhan City as the research unit, and social work interventions in the region as the research object, and attempts to apply the actor network theory(ANT)to the practical process of social work interventions in community collaborative governance. This is of great significance in solving the dilemma of collaborative governance among multiple actors in urban communities, promoting the transformation and upgrading of urban communities, and promoting the development of community social work practice. The process of social work in building and promoting the operation of community collaborative governance actor networks in the X-community is the focus of this study, which is the "translation" process in the actor network theory. The actor network theory provides a new research perspective for collaborative community governance and a new action guideline for social work to intervene in the practical process of collaborative community governance, which weakens the concept of human and non-human and includes all factors in practice in the actor network.--benefit conferring---recruitment---mobilization At the same time, social workers,as the core actors, have completed the construction of the X community collaborative governance actor network through the four steps of "problem presentation-benefit empowerment-recruitment-mobilization",and promoted the stable operation of the network in collaboration with other governance actors. As a result, the X community collaborative governance system was improved and the level of collaborative community governance was enhanced. In addition, based on the study of social work intervention in community collaborative governance, this study finds that the actor network theory has strong guiding significance for social work practice, and summarizes two major logics of social work intervention in community collaborative governance: vertically,it follows the logic of "translation" of the actor network theory, and horizontally,it follows the logic of mechanism construction of community collaborative governance. The logic of the mechanism of collaborative governance is followed horizontally. Finally, based on the microscopic study of social work interventions, five action suggestions are extracted: to reconcile conflicting interests and seek consensus on values;to stabilize collaborative actions and reduce collaborative costs;to maintain professionalism and improve collaborative capacity;to play empathy and build emotional ties;and to insist on party building to lead and establish withdrawal awareness.
