| ObjectivesBy using video image processing technology,this paper analysis of whole-course sports technology for 110 m elite male hurlers was made,and technology parameters of the whole-course sports for 110 m elite male hurlers were obtained,and the sports mode and characteristics of starting,accelerating,maximum speed,speed endurance and sprint of 110 m elite male hurlers of our country were studied.The kinematic characteristics of the key technologies in the whole process of Chinese athletes are obtained.Compared with the excellent 110 m hurdles athletes in the world,the paper finds out the weak links and shortcomings of Chinese athletes,and puts forward reasonable improvement and improvement suggestions,which provides reference for the scientific training of the coaches and athletes of the 110 m hurdles event of the national team.Subjects and MethodsTaking the full-course athletic technical characteristics of men’s 110 m hurdler as the research object,the top 6 athletes in the preliminary round of the first stop of 2022 National Track and Field Grand Prix(Huangshi,Hubei)are selected.And 6 athletes in the final of the 14 th Games in 2021 were used as test subjects.The technical characteristics of the four world elite athletes showed by their personal best performance were compared.According to different competition times and average level,the differences were group A(14.03±0.20s),Group B(13.70±0.28s)and group W(12.84±0.35s).By using the methods of literature data,expert interview,video image shooting and analysis,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and logic analysis,this paper explores and studies the technical characteristics of the whole course of the110 m male hurdler in active service,as well as the gap and deficiency between them and the world elite athletes.Result(1)Muscle strength of Chinese athletes is weak.Tall and long-limbed athletes are often a prerequisite for 110 m hurdle coaches.(2)In the starting stage of this study,a total of 6 people used 7-step hurdle technique and 10 people used 8-step hurdle technique.The average starting time of group A athletes was 2.65±0.38 s,0.04 s behind that of group B athletes and 0.15 s behind that of world elite athletes.The average step length of the starting stage is1.45±0.02 m,0.11 m shorter than group B,and 0.01 m longer than the average step length of the world elite athletes.The average speed was 5.19±0.08m/s,0.06m/s slower than group B and 0.46m/s slower than the average speed of world elite athletes.In the starting stage,the average stride frequency of group A was 3.03±0.05 steps /s,which was 0.16 steps /s faster than group B and 0.13 steps /s faster than world elite athletes.(3)The average time of group A in acceleration stage was 3.20±0.12 s,0.03 s behind group B and 0.21 s behind world elite athletes.The average speed of group A was 8.58±0.33m/s behind group B and 0.08m/s behind world elite athletes.(4)The average time of group A in the maximum speed stage was 3.24±0.11 s,0.09 s behind group B and 0.3s behind the world elite athletes.The average 3-step frequency of group A was 2.78±0.07 steps /s,which was 0.11 steps /s faster than group B and 0.31 steps /s slower than world elite athletes.The average length of the three steps between the hurdles is shorter than that of the world elite athletes,among which the average length of the first step is shorter by 0.07 m,the second step is shorter by 0.04 m and the third step is shorter by 0.03 m.The average speed was8.47±0.31m/s,0.24m/s behind group B and 0.84m/s behind world elite athletes.The average hurdle crossing time of group A is 0.08 s slower than that of the world elite athletes,in which the average landing time of the upper hurdle is 0.03 s slower,the average flying time is 0.04 s slower and the average landing time of the lower hurdle is0.02 s slower.The average length of hurdle step by step is 0.08 m longer than that of the world elite athletes,among which the average starting span is 0.32 m shorter and the average landing distance is 0.4m longer.The average hurdle speed is 0.85m/s behind that of the world elite athletes.The average starting Angle is 5.1°smaller than that of the world elite athletes,the trunk Angle is 4.78°larger,the knee Angle is13.05°and the Angle between the legs is still 6.82°lower than 180°.(5)The average time of group A in speed endurance stage was 3.35±0.05 s,0.06 s slower than group B,and 0.3s slower than world elite athletes.The average speed was 8.20±0.12 s,0.16m/s slower than group B and 0.81m/s slower than world elite athletes.(6)The average interval time of sprint stage was 1.51±0.01 s,0.03 s slower than group B and 0.14 s slower than world elite athletes.The average interval speed was9.29±0.07m/s,0.19m/s slower than group B and 0.91m/s slower than world elite athletes.Conclusions(1)Starting stage Chinese elite athletes have weak acceleration ability of starting running,and athletes with high height and strong power are more applicable to 7-step hurdle technology.(2)In acceleration stage,Chinese elite athletes maintain good speed and rhythm,but their acceleration ability is weak and their acceleration speed is slow.(3)In the stage of maximum speed,the maximum speed of Chinese elite athletes is low,and the maximum speed appears early in the whole hurdles,and the overall speed rhythm remains good.Short sum of the three steps between the hurdles,slow step frequency,short starting span,long landing distance,long time to cross the hurdles,slow speed to press the hurdles technology to be improved.(4)In the speed endurance stage,Chinese elite athletes maintain good speed,but there is still a certain gap between them and the world elite athletes.(5)In the sprint stage,Chinese elite athletes have better speed and endurance,but there is still a certain gap between them and the world elite athletes in flat running speed and sprint ability. |
