The general decline of university athletes’ sports performance has become the dilemma of various university sports teams,which has attracted much attention.However,after the men’s 110 m hurdler of Shanxi University entered the university,the competitive level did not decline,but improved to varying degrees.This was particularly evident in the2020 – 2021 year,with competition results generally improving by 0.3s-0.5s.One of them won the sixth place in the 110 m hurdles in the 14 th Student Games of China in July2021;in the 20 th National College Athletics Championships in August,he won the second place,0.04 s away from the senior level,which was the best result for men’s 110 m hurdles athletes in the past five years,attracting the attention of all universities in Shanxi Province.Therefore,the research on the annual training arrangement of male hurdlers in Shanxi University is of great theoretical and practical value.This paper using the literature review method,interview method,case analysis method,logic analysis method,the annual training load of 110 m athletes athletes,training content,training methods and means of analysis,through the annual training cycle in the process of single cycle modal load arrangement analysis,explore the rationality of annual training load arrangement and the annual load regulation rules.The study concluded that:(1)The annual training of Shanxi University men’s 110 m hurdles athletes from2020-2021 is very remarkable,both in terms of special ability,speed quality and strength quality.Judging from the level shown in the two major competitions,one athlete has achieved a cross-level improvement,and the other athletes have also improved to varying degrees.(2)The annual training cycle of college hurdlers in Shanxi Province is a single cycle and double peak system,which is divided into preparation period(early preparation period)and competition period(early competition period and main competition period).The training load and content arranged at each stage are arranged by the coaches according to the status of the athletes and their rich experience in leading the competition,in order to more effectively improve their competitive ability and competitive state in the main competition period in the limited training time of college hurdlers.From the results of these two competitions,this scientific and reasonable annual training load arrangement greatly improves the training effect and completes the training objectives.(3)The annual training load arrangement characteristics of hurdlers in Shanxi Province are based on the load arrangement characteristics of Matviev’s annual training cycle theory: the total load of preparation training is gradually increasing,showing the load in the middle and the load intensity of preparation.The training load in the main competition stage drops to the minimum,and the load intensity is the highest in the year.Moreover,the regulation characteristics of small cycle sports load focus on technical training as the core,while highlighting the development speed and strength quality.(4)According to the arrangement of Shanxi Province university hurdler each stage task,in the annual training peak load of 7 times,including two load peak,five load intensity peak,the annual training load arrangement is mainly around the load intensity,and the main game two load intensity peak coincide with the two games.The load curve develops in a wave pattern,forming a specific load rhythm for college hurdlers in Shanxi Province.(5)The changes of physiological and biochemical indexes during the annual training are in line with the training load arrangement of the corresponding stage.Among them,the hemoglobin concentration is within the normal range from beginning to end.Although the creatine kinase value temporarily exceeds the normal value,it returns to the normal value through the timely adjustment of coaches.There was no overtraining in the annual training cycle,and the athletes maintained their best competitive state in the finals of the two competitions,both ran out of their personal best results,and the training effect was remarkable.Proposal:(1).In the annual training cycle,the training focus of each cycle should be clear,the training content should be arranged with a clear purpose,and at the same time,the recovery of fatigue and injury prevention measures should be arranged in place.(2)The arrangement of the load peak curve should meet the task requirements of the competition.For university hurdlers who compete less throughout the year,the load peak can be appropriately added in the late preparation and early competition,in order to prevent the athletes from losing the feeling of crossing the fast rhythm without high load stimulation for a long time.(3)The training load should be combined with the detection of athletes ’biochemical indicators,so that the coaches can intuitively understand the athletes’ physical state of athletes and arrange the training load more reasonably according to the monitoring of biochemical indicators,so as to effectively prevent excessive training...
