| Under the background that the 110-meter hurdles technique demonstration time is very short and the students’ technical movement information is rarely obtained, the technique teaching effect is low.In order to explore a more effective movement demonstration teaching method for the 110-meter hurdle technique teaching,it is based on the internationally recognized “feedback guidance hypothesis” ",to prove the relationship between the relative frequency of video feedback(independent variable)and the effect of motor skills teaching(dependent variable)with an experimental method.Class 1.1(50%video-relative feedback frequency, experiment group 1),class 2.1(50% video-relative feedback frequency, experiment group 2),and class 2.2(100 % Video-relative feedback frequency, experiment 3 groups),class 3.1(100% video-relative feedback frequency, experiment 4 groups),3.2 class(traditional teaching without video feedback, control group)as the experimental subjects,a 10-week The video-relative feedback method teaching experiment uses mathematical statistics to compare and analyze the main factors affecting the speed and technique of the students’ 110-meter hurdles before the experiment, and the students’ technical evaluation scores, speed scores and comprehensive score distribution after the experiment. The experimental results show that:(1)The four experimental groups using video-relative feedback teaching are better than the traditional teaching control group in terms of speed performance and technical evaluation performance, and there are significant differences.(2)Comparing the results of the 50% video-relative feedback frequency class and 100% video-relative feedback frequency class respectively, the 50%video-relative feedback frequency class has better results, but there is no significant difference.Conclusion:(1)Video-relative feedback method in 110 m column skill teaching, through multi-directional stimulus to students’ vision, hearing, proprioception, etc.,to enable students to understand the action process under multi-sensory acceptance, avoid or reduce the technical movement practice Error interference promotes students’ internal connection and mastery of the structure of motor skills and various technical actions, thereby enabling students to quickly and comprehensively understand technical actions.(2)The video-relative feedback method can significantly improve the learning effect of the110-meter hurdle skill teaching class, which is mainly reflected in the obvious improvement of the technical evaluation performance and speed performance of students in hurdle learning, and can reach a higher technical level.(3)The application of the video-relative feedback method verifies the positive and negative effects of the feedback guidance hypothesis, and affirms the guidance role of feedback, but at the same time reflects the drawbacks of feedback, that is,frequent feedback tends to make the practitioner feel dependent. There is a certain appropriate value for feedback, which is 50%video-relative feedback frequency in this experimental teaching.(4)The application of the video-relative feedback method found that although the feedback frequency is closely related to the motor skill learning effect,it is not a simple linear relationship. In the early stage of skill learning, higher frequency video feedback can better promote students ’learning and understanding of technical movements, but with the improvement of motor skill proficiency, low frequency video feedback can help students consolidate and improve motor skills.Demonstrate a more stable skill level. |
