Using our country's 110 m hurdles elite athletes——Xie Wen-jun's achievements and video data, which he took part in Shanghai for 2013, 2014, 2015 three consecutive years, as the object of the research, and adopts information technology for the main method, combining with literature and data statistics to the 3D analysis software APAS, combined with Dartish software. Based on the video compete to intercept, shear, data processing and analysis capabilities, and from the angle of time and space, to analy Xie Wen-jun hurdling technique parameters, analy and compare Xie Wen-jun's technology level through the longitudinal angle. Through comprehensive system research for Xie Wen-jun's technology in 110 m hurdles,finding out the technical characteristics and laws of Xie Wen-jun. At the same time,using grey forecast method to predict whether Xie Wen-jun has possibility beyond the world champion next two years, and for Xie Wen-jun and other new forces of scientific training to provide certain experience and reference. The results show that:1.Xie Wen-jun has good talent of the hurdling rhythm, and quickly launching reaction, outstanding special acceleration are his potential factors to catch up with world champion.2. In take-off leg technology, Xie Wen-jun has the larger stude screws, the smaller take-off angle, the larger take-off leg knee angle and the shorter take-off support and so on, for he crosses bar stage to creat advantage conditions to actively set foot on the take-off point, stabilize body gravity leaps, and maintain higher level at the Initial velocity.3. In the empty bar stage, Xie Wen-jun's bar body gravity is on the high side with bigger of the ups and downs, and swinging leg press passively are the reason why his bar time is also long. By adjusting the body center of gravity, he changes the speed of swinging leg, with fast shear ground movement is the key to the technology improved column.4. Coming off hurdle, Xie Wen-jun's landing angle and push-off angle create certain advantages for him quickly running into the bar, but smaller body trunk angle and inadequate knee stretching reduce the landing gravity. Not only affect the bar under the landing distance, but also prolong the running time between bar.5. Using the grey model to predict Xie Wen-jun's results, he could reach 13.22 sin 2016, and get 13.17 s in 2017.6. The gap is weak, approximately 0.18-0.24 s between Xie Wen-jun and the world champion in 110 m hurdles. Therefore Xie Wen-jun through scientific training methods, is very potential to be the world champion.
