| With the acceleration of population urbanization,a large number of rural elderly people have migrated to cities with their children.The changes in social space have led to the fragmentation of their original social relationship network,which has led to a series of problems in daily life.Therefore,improving the social difficulties of migrant elderly in urban areas has become a realistic and urgent need for them.This study takes A community as an example,based on Erickson’s personality development theory,social interaction theory and group dynamics theory,and uses group work methods to intervene the social dilemmas of migrant elderly.Research suggests that there are issues with the social interaction of migrant elderly,such as "lack of peer relationships,lack of social contacts" " limited by topic limitations,social interactions are superficial" "lack of social skills,existence of communication barriers".They have the need to "meet peer groups,increase social contacts" "understand new things,learn urban topics" "change social methods,enhance the depth of communication".Therefore,this study organized groups of migrant elderly.Carry out activities such as "Tips for caring for children" "Fun stories sharing meeting" and "Social tips" to promote the establishment of peer relationships,overcome social difficulties,improve quality of life,and achieve ideal results for migrant elderly.This study also explored the strategies of group work intervention in peer socializing among migrant elderly.Research suggests that the establishment of new social relationships among migrant elderly should follow the transformation process from "homogeneous groups" to "heterogeneous groups".Assisting migrant elderly in building social networks,guiding them to adapt to changes in living space,understanding urban life topics,and acquiring urban communication methods is an effective way to promote them to overcome social difficulties and establish new social relationships. |
