| Employment is the fundamental means of human survival and self-realization,and is the greatest livelihood of the people.As a large and energetic group in the enterprise,young employees of an enterprise are the future and hope of the enterprise.The quality of their employment has attracted the attention of all parties in the society.How to deal with the severe employment environment and how to improve the employment quality of enterprise employees are important issues faced by the government,enterprise managers and individual employees.At present,young employees of enterprises have many problems with employment equality,poor career stability,unharmonious working relationships,work income needs to be improved,working environment needs to be improved,and overall employment quality is not high.The thesis takes the current situation of career planning as the starting point,analyzes its relationship with the employment quality of young employees of the enterprise,and combines the influence of different demographic characteristics on employment quality and career planning,and hopes to improve the employment quality of young employees and achieve high quality.Employment advice.The thesis takes young enterprise employees as the research object,uses questionnaire survey and interview methods to understand the employment quality and career planning status of this group,and analyzes the data with the help of SPSS26.0 and AMOS26.0 software.The study draws the following conclusions: First,the overall employment quality of young employees in enterprises is average,and the overall career planning status is good,but there is still a gap between higher quality employment;secondly,the status of employment quality and career planning is affected by gender,age,and work.The influence of demographic variables such as unit type,household registration type,education level,monthly income,etc.;third,there is a correlation between career planning and employment quality,and higher quality employment can be promoted by improving the career planning of young employees in enterprises.In response to the above findings,this article bases on the career development planning of young employees of the enterprise,and makes recommendations: First,the enterprise needs to carry out employee career management,establish an employee training plan system,clarify employee development paths,establish a mentor system,and establish a horizontal job rotation system.Secondly,employees are required to improve their career planning ability,improve self-awareness,learn career planning knowledge,build career environment awareness,understand market changes,and achieve person-job matching as much as possible;then,the family pays attention to the career in daily life Career guidance,guide children to establish the correct "three views",create a positive family environment,learn about career planning,and help children make career decisions when necessary;finally,colleges and universities should pay attention to career education and management,and improve the quality of career education courses In accordance with the quality of teachers,we will create a dedicated employment information platform,provide students with abundant internship opportunities,learn about occupations in advance,and the government will improve public employment services to prepare young employees for higher-quality employment. |
