With the increasingly fierce market competition in today's era,more and more companies choose young employees as the backbone of the enterprise,but few people pay attention to the career development of young employees.The research on career development dilemma is an important research content of social work in the field of enterprises.Social workers,through the involvement of social work professional theory and practice,assist young employees to formulate career development plans suitable for their own conditions,and tap the social support network of young employees.Young employees relieve work pressure,improve the career development environment,and enhance their ability to solve career development problems.Through semi-structured interviews and self-administered questionnaires,this paper finds that the current young employees of N enterprises in Tongliao City have three problems: unclear career development direction,high work pressure,lack of support from superiors and colleagues.Therefore,this research focuses on social support theory in theory,applies case work and group work methods in social work methods,and uses the three dimensions of “career development,career satisfaction,and career support” in the career development dilemma questionnaire to evaluate the youth of N companies.Employees expand service.Through social work services,it helps the young employees of N company to clarify the career development direction,tap the social support network,relieve work pressure and job burnout,improve the ability of N company young employees to cope with career development difficulties,and meet the career development of N company young employees.Developmental needs,social work assessment findings found that the goals of social work services were achieved.The author hopes to enrich the research of social work on the career development dilemma of young employees from the perspective of social support theory,and promote the further development of corporate social work.
