Abstract/Summary:
At present, the Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Modern Vocational Education issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council clearly state that vocational colleges and universities should be strengthened and the foundation for their operation should be consolidated. This article argues that vocational institutions should be as important as general institutions, and that importance should be attached to their development. In China, contemporary vocational education has initially completed a major development and change, and has reached an important stage of "climbing the slope, improving quality and cultivating excellence".In the process of providing students with specialised knowledge and technical training, vocational institutions should guide students to acquire the professional qualities they should possess and find the right match between their professionalism and humanistic cultivation,so as to make the human resources training mechanism of vocational education more sound. The survey shows that in recent years, the information systems of companies have been improving and the development of enterprises requires contemporary students to have excellent thinking skills and to be able to continuously improve their knowledge and skills in their own way.In secondary schools,it has become an inevitable trend in the development of vocational institutions to provide society with a group of highly qualified and high quality applied talents who are equipped with a systems thinking approach. However, there are still many problems with the teaching of telecommunications in secondary schools, such as the lack of teaching equipment and a single teaching mode, and the existence of a "duck-fill" teaching mode, which only focuses on the mastery of knowledge and ignores the importance of practical work, thus restricting the subjectivity and creativity of students. In view of the current quality of secondary school students, the learning characteristics of students, combined with the employment and work requirements of secondary school students,a systematic planning of the curriculum system and the carrier of the secondary school "Electronic Technology Fundamentals" course, and the "three-person voting machine" as a carrier, and then build a complete set of The "Fundamentals of Electronics" course.By following the six-step systematic approach to thinking, the students will be able to develop a comprehensive set of thinking skills based on continuous learning, thus achieving the aim of improving their creativity and becoming a creative and skilled person. This paper discusses the cultivation of innovative thinking skills of students in secondary vocational schools through the discussion of this teaching example of Fundamentals of Electronic Technology.Firstly,it is based on the available relevant materials.Using the literature analysis method, the concept, development and application of the system are briefly introduced.Secondly,a questionnaire survey and interviews are used to study the current teaching situation of the Fundamentals of Electronics in secondary vocational schools,to identify some of the problems and to analyse the causes of these problems, and then to point out the feasibility of teaching the Fundamentals of Electronics with the systematisation of the thinking process as the core.In this context, the aims and teaching methods of the "three-person voting machine" course are clearly defined through the systematisation of the thinking process, which is the basis for the establishment of a complete system of specialised courses and teaching methods,in order to provide students with a logical, regular and sustainable way of thinking. The system is based on a systematic approach to the thinking process. On this basis,an experimental approach is used to compare the teaching model based on the systematisation of thinking processes in secondary schools. The experimental results show that the thinking process systematization teaching mode, promoted the improvement of the innovative thinking ability of all students participating in the experiment,in which the innovative thinking ability of the students in the experimental class using the thinking process systematization training mode was significantly higher than that of the students in the control class using the traditional teaching mode, verifying the effectiveness of the thinking process systematization mode.In the context of high-quality development of vocational and technical education, the new teaching model based on the systematisation of thinking processes will become a new way of thinking for secondary school teachers to improve the way they teach and the way students think. At the same time,it also provides secondary vocational schools with an in-depth discussion on the main body, composition and role mechanism of talent training from different levels and perspectives,so as to promote the continuous improvement of the quality of talent training and provide high-quality applied talents to the society in a timely manner.
