Currently,research on curriculum ideological and political education has shown a trend of cognitive transformation towards connotation concepts,exploration and expansion of disciplinary elements,and innovation in integrating teaching methods.However,in the context of the new era,how to tap the ideological and political elements contained in professional courses and imperceptibly integrate them into teaching activities has become an urgent issue to be solved.The newly issued "Curriculum Standards for Physical Education and Health in Ordinary High Schools(2017 Edition,2020 Revision)" clearly states that cultivating morality and cultivating talents is not only the fundamental task of ideological and political theory courses,but also the basic basis for carrying out ideological and political education in high school physical education courses.High school is a crucial stage in the entire learning career,not only for students to master knowledge and skills,but also for students to improve their ideological and political literacy.Therefore,physical education teachers must attach importance to the development of ideological and political education in high schools,combining ideological and political education with volleyball courses.Currently,volleyball has a very rich and profound cultural connotation and value orientation in the development of physical education in high schools.The main reasons are as follows: First,volleyball is a comprehensive ball game that integrates fitness,entertainment,and competitiveness.Secondly,the hidden ideological and political elements contained in volleyball courses are the key to developing ideological and political construction of courses.Therefore,it is crucial to explore the ideological and political elements in high school volleyball courses and integrate them into the design and implementation of teaching programs.This paper uses research methods such as literature review,investigation,experiment,and mathematical statistics to deeply explore the actual needs of physical education curriculum reform,the educational elements in volleyball curriculum,as well as the physical and mental characteristics and development goals of high school students.It constructs an indicator of ideological and political elements of high school volleyball curriculum that focuses on patriotism,sports awareness,sports spirit,and independent development.Based on the constructed indicator system,a teaching plan for the ideological and political elements of high school volleyball curriculum was designed,and a 14-week teaching experiment was conducted to test whether the teaching plan was scientific and feasible.Through research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)By summarizing the actual needs of physical education curriculum reform,exploring the educational elements in volleyball curriculum,and summarizing the physical and mental characteristics and development goals of high school students,this paper sorts out and explores the ideological and political elements of high school volleyball curriculum.Through the Delphi method,the index system of ideological and political elements of high school volleyball curriculum has been established,including 4 first level indicators,10 second level indicators,and 27 third level indicators.(2)Through the design of senior high school volleyball teaching plan,the ideological and political elements of senior high school volleyball curriculum are permeated throughout the entire teaching process.By setting teaching goals,integrate ideological and political elements into the goals of sports ability,healthy behavior,and ideological and political cognition in each class;By selecting teaching content and methods,deeply integrating ideological and political elements with basic volleyball knowledge and basic skills and tactics,constructing a scientific and reasonable teaching plan,and adopting diversified evaluation forms to inspect teaching effects,laying the foundation for gradually improving teaching quality.(3)After 14 weeks of teaching experiments,in the ideological and political cognitive test of volleyball courses,compared with the control class,the P values of the dimensions of struggle spirit,unity spirit,and learning ability in the experimental class were less than 0.01,with extremely significant differences;The P values of national self-confidence,national selfesteem,and other dimensions are all less than 0.05,with significant differences,indicating that the program is feasible and scientific to a certain extent,and students’ spirit of struggle,unity,and learning dimensions have been rapidly cultivated.In the volleyball basic skill test:Compared with the control class,the experimental class has a P value of less than 0.05 for the techniques of front two handed pad,front two handed pass,underhand serve,and fourth position spike,indicating a significant difference,indicating that the scheme is feasible and scientific.In the physical fitness test,compared with the control class,the P-values of T-type test,standing long jump,and badminton long throw techniques in the experimental class were all less than 0.05,with significant differences;However,the P value of 50 meter running and sitting forward flexion techniques is greater than 0.05,which shows no significant difference,indicating that there is still room for improvement in this scheme.It can be seen that the design of the teaching plan for ideological and political elements in high school volleyball courses can effectively improve students’ ideological and political cognition,basic volleyball skills,and some physical qualities.In addition,the plan should also strengthen the cultivation of students’ speed and flexibility qualities,making the teaching plan more feasible and scientific. |
