Cooperative behavior is one of the organic components of children’s prosocial behavior,which plays a key role in children’s smooth integration into society.Construction game is the favorite of many children,and it is an effective carrier to cultivate children’s cooperative behavior.With a systematic action research on the children’s cooperative behavior in construction games,this paper has important theoretical significance and practical value,and it will broaden the cultivation method of middle class children’s cooperative behavior to a certain extent.This research took action research as the main method,and made investigation with observation and interview methods.22 children from Class A in Kindergarten W were selected as the research objects.With construction game as the carrier,based on the ecology theory of human development and Bandura’s social learning theory,the author and the cooperative teachers tried to solve the problem of children’s cooperative behavior in construction games from four dimensions of cooperation frequency,cooperation object,cooperation strategy and cooperation time,so as to explore the effective way to cultivate the cooperative behavior of middle class children.This research presents conclusions derived from a dual research approach,combining theoretical exploration and practical implementation,aimed at enhancing the quality of "environmental design," "teacher guidance," and "child development" in construction game.The following findings have been summarized: Firstly,the establishment of a conducive environment for construction game is crucial for fostering cooperative behavior among children in the preschool class.Secondly,effective teacher guidance within construction game significantly contributes to the development of cooperative behavior among preschool children.Lastly,the diverse experiences gained by children during construction game serve as a necessary foundation for enhancing cooperative behavior in the preschool class.Based on the observation and experiences of the middle class children’s cooperative behavior in the construction games,the author put forward the following suggestions.Firstly,optimizing the construction game environment to provide ample opportunities for cooperation among preschool children.This can be achieved by thoughtfully arranging activity spaces and offering a diverse range of constructivist materials.Secondly,refining teacher guidance approaches to enrich the cooperative experiences of preschool children.Teachers should focus on facilitating construction game,intervening at appropriate times,and evaluating outcomes,while identifying educational opportunities and nurturing children’s interest in cooperation.Lastly,promoting the holistic development of children and accumulating cooperative experiences in the preschool class.Leveraging the collaboration between families and educators,efforts should be made to enhance children’s language expression abilities,provide gender education,and support the cultivation of positive character traits. |
