Action Research On The Design Of Role Game Activity Based On The Cultivation Of Children’s Cooperative Ability

Cultivating children’s cooperation ability is an important part of children’s social education,the development of cooperation ability has a profound impact on whether children can adapt to and stand on the society in the future,the good cooperation ability is a concentrated expression of excellent quality in the process of children’s social development.Role-playing is a typical type of game in early childhood,high-quality role-playing is conducive to children’s get sound personality and good social development,which is an effective carrier for cultivating children’s cooperation ability.Through an in-depth and comprehensive study of kindergarten role games,this study explores the implementation strategies to cultivate children’s cooperation ability in role games,so as to promote the development of children’s cooperation ability.This article takes action research as the key research method,the investigation used the literature analysis method,observation method and interview method.First,the literature analysis method is used to search and sort the related concepts and research literature of children’s cooperation ability and role games at home and abroad,summarize the research status of children’s cooperation ability and role games,and propose the educational value of role games in cultivating children’s cooperation ability.Secondly,through the observation of kindergarten role game activities and interviews with kindergarten teachers,we can understand the current situation of the development of children’s cooperative ability training in kindergarten role games,analyze the existing problems and the causes of cultivating children’s cooperative ability in role games.Finally,through the action research method,a role game activity based on the cultivation of children’s cooperative ability is designed and carried out,and the strategy of how to effectively cultivate children’s cooperative ability in role games is explored through practice.This research believes that the design of role game activities based on the cultivation of children’s cooperative ability should adhere to the principles of life,fun,science and education,while respecting the dominant status of children’s games,it also pays attention to the observation and guidance of children’s cooperative behavior.Through the implementation of specific actions on the objectives,themes,environment and teacher guidance strategies of role games,it is proved that the role game activity design based on the cultivation of children’s cooperative ability is reasonable,to a certain extent,the educational value of role games has been improved on the practical level,and the development of children’s cooperation ability has been promoted.
