| China is a big agricultural country,the country attaches great importance to the development of rural areas.Since 2004,the country has issued the No.1 central document with the theme of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" every year,focusing on rural areas and promoting rural development.The 19 th National Congress put forward the strategy of rural revitalization and development,and proposed to strengthen the construction of public and cultural services for rural sports.Rural sports public service can improve the living environment,improve the quality of life of rural residents,and promote the unique economic development in rural areas.This study in literature about "rural sports public service" as the theoretical basis,in shijiazhuang Luan Cheng area as the research object,the current situation of the development of rural sports public service by the method of documentation,questionnaire investigation,interview and mathematical statistics,from rural Luan Cheng area based on the research,such as sports venues(museum)open situation and situation of sports facilities;The development of rural sports events,mass sports organizations,associations,sports talents,physical fitness monitoring,etc.;To guarantee the needs of rural people,such as the maintenance of sites and facilities in the later period,and the assessment of sports public services,etc.To study the development status of rural sports public service in Luancheng District,combine and make use of the advantages of the region,comprehensively analyze the problems existing in rural sports public service in Luancheng District,effectively and effectively provide good and appropriate rural sports public service for rural residents in Luancheng District,and contribute sports power to promote rural revitalization.Through research,the current rural sports public service in Luancheng District has the following problems:First,the implementation of the policies and laws and regulations related to rural sports in Luancheng District is not in place,and it is difficult to implement them at the village level.Second,the supply of rural sports public services mainly depends on the government,leading to the uneven level of basic allocation of rural sports public services in Luancheng District.The sports needs of rural residents in Luancheng District are becoming more and more diversified,and the supply and demand are disjointed,and the sports needs of rural residents are ignored,so the supply is in short supply and the supply is not needed.Third,the lack of natural resources and sports professionals,rural housing is scattered,sports public site planning is a certain difficulty.There is a shortage of sports professional human resources in rural areas.Due to the poor development prospects of salary and unreasonable arrangement of superior departments,sports professionals cannot be retained.Fourth,the rural sports public culture service is lacking,the tangible culture investment is large,the invisible culture is ignored,the traditional sports culture propaganda is small,the sports professional knowledge is lack of popularization.Fifth,the operation mechanism of rural sports public service is not perfect.Therefore,the following suggestions are put forward: First,actively rely on the existing policies to drive the development of rural sports public services,strengthen the formulation and implementation of rural sports laws and regulations.Second,form a government-oriented,multi-subject coordinated development model;Based on the rural reality,adhere to the people-oriented supply ideas,improve the quality of supply.Third,promote the integrated development of urban and rural sports public services to weaken regional differences.Fourth,strengthen the input of rural sports public culture service.Fifth,establish and improve the operation mechanism of rural sports public service.Sixth,the effective use of modern technology network through digital empowerment to establish the "Internet + sports public service" platform. |
