Since the adoption of the Olympic Agenda 2020 by the International Olympic Committee,sustainable development as the core concept has been highly recognized by all sectors of the international community,and the agenda has implemented the concept of sustainable development in all the functions and areas of the Olympic Games.How to solve the reuse of the Olympic heritage is the key problem to achieve sustainable development.The Winter Olympic venues and its included facilities account for the largest proportion of the Olympic heritage,and are considered representative Olympic heritage.In order to avoid these representative legacy of idle waste in the post-Winter Olympic era,the CPC Central Committee and local people’s governments emphasized the sustainable development of the post-Winter Olympic era at the beginning of the construction of the 24 th Winter Olympic venues.The sustainable development of venues in the post-Winter Olympics era not only plays an important role in promoting the leapfrog development of the host city,but also plays an important standard for evaluating the success or failure of the Winter Olympic Games.The National Ski jumping Center is the first ski jumping resort in China that meets the international competition standards.It is many of the world’s largest.At present,it is the largest ski jumping resort with the most advanced and complete facilities in the world.Because the architectural inspiration of the venue comes from the traditional artifact "Ruyi" that symbolizes auspicious objects,so it is vividly called "Snow Ruyi".Now,the "Snow Ruyi" venue has become the landmark building with the most traditional Chinese culture charm in the 24 th Winter Olympic Games.How to better develop its sustainable development in the post-Winter Olympics era is an urgent issue to be discussed deeply.Due to the global COVID-19 outbreak,the "Snow Ruyi" venue have not yet been opened to the market on a large scale,and there are a lack of operational practices related to sustainable development.In addition,there are few in-depth studies on the sustainable development of a single venue at home and abroad.Considering the special status of "Snow Ruyi" venue,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the sustainable development of the subsequent Winter Olympic era.This study uses the literature data method,field investigation method,expert interview method,case analysis method,SWOT analysis method and dynamics related theories.The main contents of the study include: 1.The basic situation analysis of the "Snow Ruyi" venue;2.Case analysis of the sustainable development of the main venues of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and the ski jumping venue after the previous Winter Olympic Games,Summarize the experience and problems of the sustainable development of the venue;3.The SWOT analysis of the sustainable development of the "Snow Ruyi" venue in the post-Winter Olympics era,Put forward the sustainable development countermeasures of "Snow Ruyi" venue;4.In order to strengthen the actual sustainable development effect of the "Snow Ruyi" venue,Using the development countermeasures,Aned to avoid problems in sustainable development,To achieve the dynamic and sustainable development goal of "snow Ruyi" venue in the post-Winter Olympics era.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The sustainable development of the ski jumping venues after the previous Winter Olympic Games is mainly reflected in the aspects of sports competition,professional training,business and office,leisure tourism,living community and city services.Although ski jumping venues for the sustainable development of the game made clear after the game plan,but due to the venue has large volume,high investment and strong professional characteristics,make its sustainable development after the game has certain uncertainty,not according to the planning implementation problems,lead to the actual situation of some ski jumping stadium and forecast planning is not consistent,The post-race sustainability situation is not ideal.2.The advantages of sustainable development of "Snow Ruyi" venue in the post-Winter Olympics era mainly include complete facilities,rich history and culture,rich tourism resources,excellent location and transportation facilities,etc.The disadvantages include the weak mass base,the scarcity of professional talents,the lack of reference experience,etc.The opportunities include good policy environment,strong regional resource background and improved fitness awareness of residents.The challenges mainly include unclear market exploration,high market competition pressure and high maintenance cost,etc.3.To avoid the occurrence of idle waste of "Snow Ruyi" venue and increased financial burden in the post-Winter Olympics era,the sustainable development countermeasures of "Snow Ruyi" venues are put forward.The venue should broaden the publicity path,actively promote the ski jumping sport and its corresponding ice and snow culture,explore the functions of the venue facilities,promote the diversified development,actively guide the social resources,develop the venue characteristic culture,enhance the brand personalization;integrate and share the surrounding resources,to achieve the goal of fully exerting the value of the venue.4.In the implementation process of sustainable development countermeasures in the post-Winter Olympics era,"Snow Ruyi" venue should pay attention to the development of dynamics,and clarify their internal and external driving forces and the relationship between the two driving factors.The internal driving force should ensure the complete facilities and service products of the venue,meet the material and spiritual needs of consumers,and strengthen the support of capital,talent,technology and information and other elements.External driving forces should pay attention to market demand,optimize the government’s administrative capacity,and improve the market environment and policy systems.The internal and external driving forces of the "Snow Ruyi" venue should develop in coordination with each other to form a dynamic and sustainable development trend and realize the high-quality and sustainable development of the venues. |
