With the increasing investment in preschool education and the rapid development of preschool education,kindergarten nursery has become an indispensable part of China’s education system.Many qualified kindergartens have extended the enrollment age downwards and started infants under 3 years old to enter the park.Kindergarten construction urgently needs a large number of qualified teachers,attaches importance to the development of children’s potential and scientific education,respects the basic laws of early infant physical and mental development,and creates a good start for early infant education by integrating and utilizing various educational resources.However,according to the data,the current level of kindergarten teachers seriously hinders the development of early education.The existing domestic research mainly relies on kindergartens to carry out scientific research on teachers’ professional ability,while the information on professional research on kindergarten teachers’ professional ability under the integration of kindergarten and kindergarten is relatively limited.Therefore,it is of great practical value to study the professional ability of kindergarten teachers.This study combines quantitative and qualitative research methods,and puts forward basic requirements for kindergarten teachers’ professional ability through seven dimensions:creation and utilization of environment,organization and conservation of life activities,support and guidance of games,individualized communication and education guidance,recording of infants,observation and evaluation,communication and cooperation,reflection and development.The results show that the professional ability of kindergarten teachers is in the middle and upper level as a whole,and the development of each dimension is uneven.There are seven problems: insufficient ability to create spiritual environment,inaccurate timing of random education,unreasonable organization mode of game activities,lack of individual activity guidance,insufficient ability to use evaluation results of infants and young children,ineffective communication and cooperation between homes,and weak ability to plan their own extra behaviors.Through analysis and summary,the reasons are divided into internal and external parts.The individual reasons of kindergarten teachers are as follows:unclear education concept,weak ability to apply theoretical knowledge,younger age,low teaching experience,limited academic qualifications and professional level;The external reasons are mainly analyzed from three levels: micro,meso and macro,including the low treatment in kindergartens and the lack of pertinence and effectiveness of training;Government management departments lack uniform standards and the implementation of relevant regulations is not strict;Lack of publicity,low degree of social recognition,ignoring the potential value of kindergarten teachers,lack of social respect and other reasons.According to the specific problems,this paper analyzes the causes and absorbs relevant experience,and lists practical suggestions to improve the professional ability of kindergarten teachers from the aspects of strengthening the security mechanism,perfecting the incentive policy,paying attention to the training and development of kindergarten employees and establishing a perfect on-the-job training system for kindergarten employees.It provides some reference value for improving the professional ability of kindergarten teachers in kindergarten teaching activities in the future.
