| In the report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China,the content of "having children at a young age" was added in the aspect of people’s livelihood security,and the education should be started from children.In 2016,the ministry of education pointed out in the working regulations for kindergartens that: kindergartens adhere to the principle of combining child care with education,so as to promote the harmonious development of children’s body and mind.Adhering to the concept of combining education with protection is the basic principle for kindergarten teachers to carry out activities in the kindergarten,which plays an important role in guiding kindergarten teachers to cultivate good habits of children.In January 2018,the state council issued the opinions on comprehensively deepening the construction and reform of the teaching staff in the new era,which clearly proposed to guarantee the quality construction of the kindergarten teaching staff,especially emphasizing the "integration of education and protection".Preschool education has become one of the hot topics during the two sessions in 2018.Yu yongping pointed out that the work of preschool teachers is to combine care and education,and the law of children’s physical and mental development is also the core law of preschool education.Due to the weak self-care ability of preschool children,the scientific care and education of kindergarten teachers are particularly important,so it is necessary to improve the professional quality of kindergarten teachers.At present,scholars mainly study the quality of kindergarten teachers,child-care workers as the research object or rely on the kindergarten to study the quality of teachers,and the specialized content of combining the concept of child-care and education to study the professional quality of kindergarten teachers is limited.Through literature analysis and investigation,this study analyzes the current situation of kindergarten teachers’ literacy under the concept of combining education with child care,finds out problems and analyzes them,and finally proposes strategies to improve the professional literacy of kindergarten teachers.This study includes the following six aspects:The first chapter of the thesis discusses the reason of the topic,the significance of the research and defines the concept and summarizes the research.The second chapter of the paper mainly introduces the specific content of the research design,and USES the method of combining quantitative research and qualitative research,namely questionnaire survey and interview,to analyze the demographic information of the research objects,and tests the reliability of the research tools.The third chapter describes and analyzes the research results.Among them,the influence of different demographic variables on the professional quality of kindergarten teachers under the concept of combining education with child care was analyzed.The fourth chapter of this paper analyzes the problems and influencing factors of kindergarten teachers’ professional quality under the concept of combining education with child care based on data analysis results and actual investigation,and analyzes the influencing factors of kindergarten teachers themselves,kindergartens and the society.In the fifth chapter,some Suggestions are put forward based on the problems found in the previous chapters.In the sixth chapter,the conclusion part summarizes the existing problems in this research and the prospect of the future research. |
