| With the proposal of the core quality of history discipline and the promotion of the domestic educational reform process,how to train students’ critical thinking is not only an unprecedented challenge,but also a rare opportunity for high school history teachers.Critical thinking is a kind of thinking orientation that people acquire rational viewpoints through reflection and questioning when facing complex problems.This is a kind of high order thinking ability,its core is "reflection and questioning",which means that critical thinking is not only to emphasize the spirit of innovation and critical thinking color,but also how to cultivate and strengthen students’ critical thinking and training students’ critical thinking.Training students’ critical thinking has clear and outstanding advantages.On the one hand,critical thinking protects and develops students’ creativity.After students have critical thinking ability,they can strengthen and master basic knowledge.On the other hand,the training and mastering of critical thinking ability enables them to further improve their ability to discover and solve problems on the premise of solid basic knowledge,which is conducive to subsequent knowledge learning.In general,the cultivation of students’ critical thinking can effectively improve the quality of teaching and transform the pressure of both teachers and students into the motivation of learning.When the predecessors studied critical thinking,they analyzed the similarities between "critical thinking" and "critical thinking",but the differences between the two were less involved and the boundary was fuzzy.Through research,it is found that the two are not only different,but also have much more individuality than commonness.They are mainly discriminated and distinguished around the meaning,function and value.In meaning,critical thinking includes critical thinking;In terms of value and function,critical thinking emphasizes value diversity more than critical thinking.The emphasis on the difference between the two is to further prove that the cultivation and training of students’ critical thinking is very important in the process of educational reform.The above theory is demonstrated through teaching design,and the lesson "Two World Wars" in Unit 7 of the textbook "Outline of Chinese and Foreign History"(II)is taken as an example to practice.It is hoped to provide some reference ideas and experience for how to effectively use critical thinking in high school history teaching. |
