| Because of the information technology’s growing influence in the field of education,education informatization has emerged as a significant force supporting and guiding the modernization of education and fostering the growth of high quality education.High-quality instructors serve as the foundation for the development of high-quality education,thus information technology in the construction of teaching force must be promoted to achieve education digitization.The growth of teacher informatization leadership has steadily gained attention in recent years as a result of the realization of the significance of teachers in the process of education informatization development.It is required to perform a more thorough research since there are few studies on teachers’ informational leadership both domestically and internationally,and there are even less studies on junior high school teachers’ informational leadership.These studies also lack empirical studies and have not yet developed a system.In this study,which builds on prior researches,the assessment system of teachers’ informational leadership and influencing factors proposed by Zhenxiang Sun et al.was used as the main tool to investigate and analyze the current situation of junior high school teachers’ informational leadership and its influencing factors.According to the survey and research,there has been a clear improvement in junior high school teachers’ informational leadership over the past several years,but there is still considerable potential for growth.Overall,although the development of junior high school teachers’ informational leadership level in the four dimensions has tended to be balanced,there has been some variation based on various circumstances.In the investigation of influencing factors,the study mainly focused on three aspects:Teachers’ internal motivational factors,school organizational structure elements,and teachers’ external motivational factors.The findings indicate that all three factors have some influence on the growth and improvement of junior high school teachers’ informational leadership.Finally,this study came to the conclusion that the following elements can be used to raise the level of junior high school teachers’ informational leadership: First,developing a field to support junior high school teachers’ informational leadership;Second,developing a system to support junior high school teachers’ informational leadership;And third,developing a program to support junior high school teachers’ informational leadership. |
